I must express my gratitude for exceptional service provided by Buendia. It was exactly what we had hoped for.

After our first visit to Bruges and Ghent, we returned to Luxembourg, and experience was equally remarkable.
Once again, we extend our heartfelt thanks for making this journey possible.

Organization, coordination, planing were all outstanding.
We felt at ease, even though we were so far from home. Everything ran smoothly and flawlessly. We felt completely secure. Bus was clean, and there was always cold water available

When I made a reservation for this tour, I specifically made sure via the info on the page that it would be offered in English. I don’t expect it to be all about me, so even bilingual would be great—maybe even preferred as it could help with learning Spanish! However, I was contacted just 24 hours before to let me know that there were not enough English speakers on the trip to provide an English experience. Buendía offered to let me cancel, but at this point, it was really too late to make other plans to see these sights. On the tour, the only non-Spanish information that was provided was where we were stopping and what time to be back in the bus. I was also told I could ask questions, but where could I start without knowing much about what the tour guide was talking about?
So I used Google Translate when I had a good enough phone signal to transcribe all the historical and cultural information our (very knowledgeable) guide was offering everyone else. And I thankfully made a friend with the only other foreigner on the trip, who translated a few other things for me. Otherwise, it would have been a very isolating and unfortunate experience. I still missed out on a ton of the content.
This trip was very beautiful and I still enjoyed myself, to a degree. I am a photographer, and I got some great shots! However, I would have also enjoyed all the other info the tour was offering. I can still somewhat recommend this trip, just do not assume that the languages offered on the information page will be honored.

We had a wonderful tour with Inez and William. The tour was very well organized with lots of excellent information and time for exploration. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Asturias.

What a great experience it was, sailing around the Valencian harbour and feeling a bit of the Mediterranean atmosphere.

I had a very good experience of Burges and Ghent. Diego was the best guide and he was knowledgeable and gave us the best experience he was accomodating and answered all our queries with a smile and made our trip comfortable. Angelica she drove the bus was good and very kind , helped me with charging my phone and overall helpful. I recommend this tour 100%

almost a perfect trip but end up in a terrible way. The driver of Buendia tour bus (11 October brussels to dinant to luxembourg tour) shouted to us and accused us eating in the bus. i doubled checked the seats before we left the bus but no boxes of sandwiches left in our seats. he was angry. and he wanted us to go down in the bus. good thing our english tour guide helped us and was very nice all the time. there is no toilet in the bus, the fact that its a long trip. the toilet is locked the whole time.

Buendia saved my trip when another company canceled last minute and I had an amazing tour. Everything worked perfectly as planned.

Trip coverage: Total 8 hours tour from Brussels to Luxembourg via 1.5 hour short stop at Denant in the morning. Bought via Expedia.

The most terrible and disgusting experience that spoiled the whole trip was their toilet stop at Dinant. It was a tiny shed with women's washroom closed off and men's open for both genders. The room was flooded with pee. The urinals and the one toilet was never cleaned, full of pee. No water or soap. Severe smell and completely unhygienic. The worst of all, the Guide Antonio promoted this toilet to be used as soon as we arrived without any warning. So when we returned to the bus stop, we found out the condition of the unmanaged toilet. By that time it was too late to go to a restaurant, hence we were forced to use it.

Second worst experience was onboarding the bus. Almost 50-60 passengers in this large bus. The most aggressive people fought their way in to get seats together with their families and the singles getting window seats. The people like us who tried to que up ended up being separated from their partners and families for the whole return trip.

We lost two passengers. The guide did not hand count the total number of people in the meeting spot while returning which was quite a walk from the actual bus stop. Instead the totals were tallied in the bus only to realize that the passengers were missing. Quite reasonably, we were not expected to directly return to the bus and likely these two young men could not return without the guide.

Denant stop was primarily for toilet, breakfast and a little bit of walk/ photoshoot. We, ourselves visited the saxophone museum and after the short walking tour with the guide, not enough time to have breakfast or ride the funicular to the top.

The guide's tag was tiny and partially hidden. Other tour companies were also there and luckily they had boards on their hand. Quite a few of us arrived 30 min early. One other group was able to identify the guide and we took a guess to get close. It was on very large Central train station compound in Brussels.

That being said, the bus itself was in good condition. Aside from a few misinformation the overall guide presentation was reasonable. The trip maintained its timeliness.

From the reviews, we were misguided. It seems that the Buenda guides creates a few good friends/connections among the large crowd of 50-60. And only engages the few for submitting reviews on Trust Pilot which then shows up as Verified Review. This does not make unverified reviews unreliable. You can also make yourself verified by submitting an ID and following the process outlined on Trust Pilot.

I don't usually write this long review and certainly not wasting my time during an active tour through various countries. But this experience was so inhumane, I had no other choice but to make other travelers aware before they make their decisions.

Worst travel company to travel with

My parents were 2 min late , they just left them and went off . I called them 10 times before that but they were fine with 5 min late but in the end they simply left us and made us loose 356 eur

They were not answering calls and the lady on the phone was not competent .

I also asked if they can take us for the next day and they just told it’s not possible .
