I must say I and my husband were delighted with the service provided by Buendia - it was just what we wanted. After the first trip to Brugge and Ghent, we used your services for the second time, we went to Luxembourg, and both times you provided a great service.Once again, many thanks for making such a trip possible. The organization, the effectiveness, the planning and on top the guide Diego /English speaking group/ were just perfect. We felt so comfortable although being so far from home. Everything worked out in time and perfectly. We felt very safe, the bus was always clean, and cold water was available, which was very much appreciated from our side. We will definitely recommend your agency to our friends who are also planning trips to Belgium.

Bruge & Ghent day trip
We travelled today on a day trip to Bruge and Ghent. Diego was our guide. The tour was organised very well.
Diego was really good, and incredibly knowledgeable about the history of these cities! We would recommend highly!

If you're in Oviedo, you should do this day trip.
Will do this in English por que mi telefono no hace Español bien. Guide very informative, showed the group many interesting places, and explained their importance.
Only problem was the weather, and you have no control over this.

Trip experience
The time at Galway was too short considering the drive from Cliffs of Moher to Galway took around 2 hours. Perhaps 30 minutes more.
Also was not notified of meeting point change even after texting and emailing requesting confirmation. The only way I knew new location was because my friend also booked a tour, we did not know if it was the same tour.

It was a fantastic tour experience
It was a fantastic tour experience. Everything was handle very professional and timing was impeccable. It is a long day, but if you are choosing this tour is because you are aware of it. I was amaze that we were able to get the most important highlights of the 3 towns in one day. I strongly recommend it if you goal is seeing the places and know their history and not only shopping (very little to no time for shopping). Good local guides and buses clean and comfortable.

WE WERE DECEIVED AND WITHOUT FREE TOUR
We booked a free tour for Split, and when we were to the meeting point, 15 minutes before the start, looking for the Orange umbrella, nobody were there. At the time of starting (12.30h) we called to the information phone of Buendía, and a guy told me that the free tour had already started (before the time) and that he Will inform to the guide, and send me the location where they were. After 10 min, I received a wasap asking me for the document confirming my book, and nothing else, so I called the guy, and he told me that the free tour had been cancelled at the last time and they didnt had time to inform us. So A WASTE OF TIME, AND WE FINALLY WERE LEFT WITHOUT FREE TOUR 😥

Confirmarle que no habíamos sido notificados para comunicar a los clientes que el free tour se había cancelado. Siempre que nos lo notifican se lo hacemos llegar a los clientes afectados a la mayor brevedad posible para no trastocar mucho su itinerario.
