Great customer service , delivered within a few days of placing my order.
Brilliant machine, just what I needed.

I had a problem with the engine it kept running for 2 minutes then would cut off the good people at buffalo sent me a new spark plug and a carburettor l have now fitted them and my machine is now working fine again. The people of buffalo was always in contact with me to sort the problem out l think them very much and will use them again.

We ordered, for our friends a wood splitter and they decided they no longer wanted this anymore. I called up and spoke with Danial who kindly cancelled the order. What a legend! Great customer service from a cheeky chappie. We have a wood splitting machine and it’s amazing. It’s not just for men! Its for women too! Really easy and safe to use. Thanks Danial for saving the day.

The staff were very helpful and always responded to phone calls and emails, the machine was delivered in the time frame and having now used it on the first job I am very pleased with it, the power it has is impressive and I've hired in 1ton machines in the past with less digging power. Very grateful for their on hand advice, they in turn were grateful for things they could improve such as and instructions as how to put machine together and tools they provide need to fit the machine that you have ordered. They were brilliant. Speedy delivery too. Will buy from them again.

SKD1000 Super little machine

I emailed Buffalo with a couple of questions and someone called me back the same day and then I ordered the little B600 micro digger online which was so simple to do. Got loads of communication from them about delivery and access and was delivered promptly within 2 days. It was delivered neatly stacked on a mini pallet. All we had to do was attach leavers and mirrors and a small protector bar and attach a bucket, add oil and fuel and was set to start our garden projects. I can't rate this little digger enough as it performs so much better than I expected it to considering its size but credit to Buffalo, this is an amazing little machine and would recommend it to everyone.

First use of the machine had a massive hydraulic leak from a pipe under the seat ruined the driveway that it was parked on had to replace the area at my cost not good

We’ve used our TD500 dumper for just over a year now for various site jobs, excellent machine with great customer support. We’ve had plenty of machines both from hire companies as well as purchases from other companies before and no one has come close to the customer service. We’ll be purchasing a mini digger in the near future! Thanks again, 10/10

Poor after service.
Machine is in a dangerous state drive belt not placed correctly clutch works sporadically. I rang to ask for a new drive belt to be sent out was told yes and still await delivery.
I will be asking for a full refund soon unless this company can sort out the issues.

HI, I recently bought a B1200 from Daniel and the guys at buffalo machines, I would just like to say that this review is to compliment the excellent service I received from Danial, Jude and the team at Buffalo, and I will update once I've managed to get a few hours on the machine.

I have to be honest and say the guys couldn't have been more helpful, I live on the isle of man, so calling round to the workshop wasn't really an option for me, but Danial and the guys were happy to video call me showing me around the machine and taking me through the options available, at no point did I feel pressured to buy or made to feel like I was a pain (which I probably was), The delivery charges to the isle of man were incredibly cheap and was delivered on time and to my doorstep, especially as I have genuinely been quoted more in the past to have a double bed shipped.

On arrival there were a couple of bucket pins missing, but give Dan and the boys their due, new ones were sent free of charge within a matter of days. My only concern and why I've titled the review as I have was they couldn't take a credit card payment for a pre order, Honesty the service was too good to be true and all my friends were genuinely expecting this to have been a scam! Its very sad to say but today's service in general is shocking, but Buffalo Machines genuinely excelled in every way and I personally have no reservations in recommending them and I will defiantly be happy to use their services again.
