What an amazing staff. Not only great product but an amazing staff as well. Customer service is spectacular. I may be only a yesr into growing but with this product it gives me the edge I need to make my product more professional grade.

Some of the best products on the market for your babies..not only that absolutely the best customer support and service in the business..if you have any questions or problems they're on it. They have years of experience in growing cannabis and will take you step by step to insure great success.. do yourself a favor and become a bas customer you won't regret it!!

My last run was destroyed because build a soil sold me a bag of soil infested with weed eating worms. If that's not bad enough now every attempt to contact and resolve this issue has been met with silence on their end. Avoid these clowns use bioall it's just as good without the BS.

Even when I asked about using local resources because shipping would be expensive, he sourced other locally available quality materials for me. That’s going above and beyond. Truly caring for customers is what Build A Soil is all about. Watch the videos online where they teach you how to grow organically. Jeremy does great work and shows techniques no one else does. Buildasoil is where you go for your everything grow needs, there's always someone very friendly and helpful to help with whatever information you need. 5 years later I'm only using buildasoil products.

The amount of knowledge the staff holds, educational material available to the public, free phone/live chats, etc. It's beyond anything a competitor website offers. The amount of transparency they off with their products is more meaningful and helpful than I would say anything else. They have quality, top notch, organic ingredients, recipes and staff available to help people succeed. I will be using Build-A-Soil as my new go to for anything garden related.

I am very pleased with the service I have received from the BUILD A SOIL TEAM! They are doing a great job of keeping me updated on the progression of my order. I would give them 10 stars if it was possible.
I will be placing another large order from them in the next couple of months. I’ll be restarting growing my medicine after a 2 year break. I noticed the competitors I was using before is possibly going out of business or has drastically reduced their product availability.

Buildasoil was recommended to me after watching my neighbor grow a few rounds of Hydro grows and decided that was not the route I wanted to take.

TL;DR/A quick note: I mess up on pretty much every order. I have OCD and head trauma so everytime I forget or mess up an order, they’ve always been willing to help and that makes them a 15/10 in my books. Their customer service is great, price is a little higher than competitors but worth it and justifiable.

All in all, there is nothing bad to say about BAS, they do have a bit higher prices than their competitors but as long as Jeremy and the BAS team continue to put out unbiased (to the best of their ability from the sponsors) reviews and guides, I see no reason to shop elsewhere and can justify the extra amount with the customer service and flexibility.

Beyond that they have a channel for homestead/regenerative farming practices and I have found that helpful to find connections with family & friends who garden, but not for cannabis.

I would highly recommend this company after ~5 months of purchases and working on finishing up my first practice round in pots before moving to a 4x4 bed, all sourced from BAS.

Great product but clearly they are too high! Messed up my order twice, than when its supposed to be shipped I get the email take time off work and guess what they only sent 1 of my items im waiting on a total of 5..

So since my order I've spent more thim waiting on orders calling build a soil to get the order fixed not once but twice. First time was my fault. Than taking a day off work to pick up half my order? Get it together guys. And if your gonna charge lage amounts of money to ship your high end product that get a shipping company that can actually get the job done. Sadly im probably done with build a soil before I even really started

Been a customer for years. Won't ever spend a dime with them again. Jeremy you can blame Zach and his lack of customer service for this. Also thank you for the russet mites. They've been a great addition to my garden. (not predator mites which seems to be their standard cop out)

Don't tell me something is not possible when I see it with my own eyes.

Everything is legit with these guys. I grow multiple ways but for my organic grow.

I'm definitely like one of the few people that are not just about money. Their products are pricey but quality. They're not trying to push anything except how to grow correctly.

Best organic soil and amendments out there. Super helpful staff that is happy to answer any questions you may have

Visited the store on a saturday and Dave was extremely helpful with all my questions. Came back on Tuesday and Gabe actually showed me the manufacturing process. Extremely transparent company, and I am happy to say I am currently in the process of switching to the Build a soil way. thanks

Problems happen....but BaS makes it right. I have ordered for a couple years now with no issues. Until recently, I had ordered a few things and 2 of the items were not shipped. After a few emails and phones calls (my fault, didnt see the email come in) Zach had me send proof of the shipment. After which he promptly shipped out the missing items.

As for the quality of their soil and CoWoCo....don't let the beneficial bugs scare you away....it's living soil, not promix.

Great company with great values!!! I only use their products in my garden and have had amazing success. Their customer service is honestly better than any other business on the planet. Incredible company doing exceptional things. Always growing to be better and helping others be better with them!!! Highly recommend!!!
