Build a soil is awesome. They offer Amazing organic gardening amendments. My entire garden is so lush and healthy and my vegetables and herbs taste absolutely amazing. All thanks to build a soil.

I've been using Build A Soil products for the last 3 years or so, and they are my favorite company for several reasons. The products alone speak for themselves, these are the highest quality organic inputs for your garden. The education that BAS provides for FREE via their site and youtube is invaluable, knowledge is your best tool on the garden. And the customer service is always the best, I've had any issues resolved immediately at no cost of my own. Zach Branson has personally helped me out on several occasions, and whether it was a website issue or even a delivery issue with the courier, Zach promptly made sure things were taken care of. I can't say enough good things about BAS, they have a customer for life with me.

Love, love, love BAS. Products they have are fantastic. My fruits and vegitables thrive using the products. Anytime I have a question, I call up the store and everyone has always been knowledgeable and happy to help. Cannot express enough of how greats the products and service.

I have been buying products from build a soil for 4 years and never had a single problem. They are always super helpful. Any time I have ever sent them an email they always get back to me within 24 hours. (Usually less)

These guys hands down have the best customer service and best products available with a flooded market of everyone trying to make a buck these guys put quality over everything will choose them time and time again.

A few reviews on here are really ripping on one guy in particular, and while I’ve never interacted directly with this guy I can say that nearly every time I’ve ordered from this business it’s been a positive experience. We’re my castings a bit dry? Yes but they also shipped from CO to MN and sat on the shelf in MN for a few days. You’d also be a little dehydrated if you traveled that far and that long. I think people expect perfection from any business which is hard to achieve, and to expect a small business to run perfectly 24/7 is completely unreasonable. They do a great job of educating and encouraging people to make their own products, they are there in case you don’t have the means or the time. I’ve had a great experience working with this brand, I love their soil, 3.0 is my go to. Definitely one of the easiest way to grow very impressive plants with tons of flavor and smell (mental effects too ;) ). Is their shipping as fast as amazons? No, but they also supply local grow shops, and I’m lucky enough to live a couple miles from one.

I have ordered from BuildASoil many times. The only thing better than their products are the people working there. Staff are friendly and helpful.

I have ordered several times from BAS. Their products arrive as-advertised and work extremely well. I have also had incredible customer service experiences with BAS, namely Zach Branson. He was super helpful in getting my ordered straightened out, and they even let me keep one of the extra products for free! I will continue to support this brand and company so long as they continue to deliver this high-caliber experience.

Jeremy and his team are amazing and always responds to e-mails and any issues I’ve had and they went above and beyond to rectify an issue that wasn’t even on them it was one of their suppliers. I have bought their product for a few years now from the local grow store but they had a tough time keeping it in stock. I have used the website or called them to make orders and have had an easy time getting what I want in a decent time. I don't pay for the quick shipping though so I know it could be quicker.

Build a soil has been my go to source for quality, CLEAN, sustainably sourced soil amendments since day 1. Jeremy has taught me literally everything I know from his YouTube channel. I owe all my success to these guys. Such a helpful group of people, offering the best organic gardening supplies I’ve been able to find. Go ahead and support them, you won’t regret it.

Edit: to add to this, I’ve phoned them up with questions on numerous occasions, and have even spoken with Jeremy AND Zach Branson, who seems to have been thrown some shade for no reason here. They’re nothing but kind and professional, and beyond helpful. As busy as Jeremy is, it’s insane that he finds the time to jump in on customer phone calls. If your experience was poor, simply call them up and talk to them - they’re reasonable human beings. Keep it up BAS.

Ive ordered a lot of products from Build A Soil and have had great success using them. I love the help I get from the staff on any questions I've had. Customer service is top notch. I can't say enough how much just using the products, practicing their ideology has helped me learn so much, and improved my horticultural hobby.

I've received 2-3 shipments a year for the last 4 years from BAS. Some items are a pain to ship all the way to NY from CO so pricing reflects that. However that said, everything I get last multiple grows and the soils are on year 4 now!

They have done more than enough to support the products they sell with customer support via phone or email, educational online blogs and videos. On top of all that they encourage you to find local substitutes and remind you that all the extras are sometimes just that. Extra / not always needed but can be helpful to try out yourself.

I've only ever had great customer service and great products from buildasoil. I can't understand why anyone would give poor reviews to this company considering everything they do for the community. I highly recommend their soils and also their content on YouTube.

Build a soil is the only place I think of for my living soil and gardening supplies and education on the topic. One million percent recommend. My garden started to flourish once I learned their methods and implemented their systems. All of the employees and interactions are nothing but positive. Good people. Xray.
