I have been dealing with Build a Soil for about 5 years now and I have never had a bad experience with anyone from Build A Soil. Through the years, they have been helpful and have always answered my questions. They are a small business and may take a day to answer but I have always gotten an answer within hours. Honestly, Imo, there is no one better in this industry. The knowledge base on their products and gardening in general have been very helpful in my learning of being loyal to the soil!

Everything bought from buildasoil is 100% the best quality. I started growing weed organically now my whole life has changed for the better. Learned about what to put into soil and made me learn about what I put into my body.

Simply the best. Amazing quality with amazing customer service. The cannabis produced using BAS is top tier.

Build a soil has the best organic products I can find on the market with a very transparent owner that vets the products himself. From their soils to their fertilizers I’ve never seen happier plants both with my medicine and my vegetables. Huge shoutout to their shipping department with fast and accurate shipping as well!

Ah yes. Zach Bronson... He's the only name I've seen so far in my responses from BaS. Either this company hasn't grown enough to hire more than 1 support person or Zach is actually an Ai bot. That bot part would at least explain his inability to answer simple questions.

That is my complaint, Zach is worthless if you have questions or need help with a product. I've tried twice and I'm batting 0-2...
Done with this garbage. Looking elsewhere.

I'm a repeat customer at build a soil. After my last purchase of the nutrients pack I received a 10% discount coupon from build a soil for my " next purchase". So a year went by, as I'm an outdoor grower and only order once a year, I tried to use my coupon with no success. After texting with Zach Bronson, who is very unprofessional, he said that coupon had expired. My coupon did not expire he was stuck on his spring sale which was not what I was talking about after alot of explaining Zach was not giving my discount. So I told him I'd like to just cancel my order, he said it was already processed and cannot be cancelled. Less than 24 hrs after I had made my order. This was on a Friday before 12 noon. My package sat and did not ship until Tuesday late afternoon 4 days later! Totally unacceptable. If you don't want to give people a discount don't send coupons. Your making more people angry for not honoring what you send.
So I received my worm castings from them and they were very dry. I asked them about this and they told me to just ad water. I thought you all had fresh worm castings not old dry stuff. You pay 3 times the money as wiggle worm and the quality is not as good. I thought you guys had quality products. Guess I was wrong. Over priced. Not quality and poor service. Not a good company. Do not buy!!!

Jeremy is a good dude he definitely has a lot to say but if you can keeep up and listen close you'll definitely learn something I ordered more than 2 times from buildasoil i never had any trouble. Great amendments 5 star all the way

I don't want to say anything bad about the company, because I know mistakes happen. Yet, I need to tell you how I was treated.

I ordered "Canadian Sphagnum Peat Moss," but they sent me their "Base Blend Recipe."

I communicated with Zach Branson via email for two days. Explaining what had happened. I sent a picture of the "Base Blend Recipe" that I had received and Zach said, "The link you have shared is our Base Blend Recipe, which, by the picture of the contents of the bag, is not what you received."

So he's calling me a liar.

He told me that they don't sell that, but it is on their website.

The he told me that, "The label right under the bag branding that clearly states Fluffed Peat Moss."

They can't believe that one of them had shipped me the wrong product or maybe Zach thinks that the label is capable of boxing the right product.

I don't know if they are dishonest, not to bright, or they are in Colorado where pot is legal, so who knows.

Since I am unable to try the product I ordered, "Canadian Sphagnum Peat Moss," I can't comment on wheather their products are good or not.

But I can say that Zach Branson is not a person I would want to deal with and will never purchase anything from them again.

There are many places to purchase what they sell, so beware if you go to buildasoil.com.

Build A Soil is probably a great company, but I wouldn't recommend ordering anything from them online.l

This company is hands down the best place to get your organic gardening/farming needs. The owner is one of the nicest most knowledgeable people who loves to share his passion!

bought their premium worm castings that they tout on their channel.. They came complete rife with russet mites. Yes, russet mites as well as plenty of springtails which also suck to add in large numbers... but russet mites that will take over your soil pots and infect your plants... with the potential to destroy your entire garden!!!!! Lucky for me I recognized the problem from an identical situation with local castings from a farm in my town, and threw Colorado Worm Co castings in the GARBAGE where they belong as well as every infected plant that I top dressed with this product and their soil pots (crawling with russets on outside of pot) and bleached the entire area. I will NEVER buy local-made artisan worm castings or compost again, I only use my own DIY compost now thanks to this buildasoil experience. Buildasoil has lost a customer. I reached out and they told me to brew the castings in a tea if I'm worried about bugs, the ignorance!!!!! They don't actually care about the homegrower and what goes into your garden, they care about their profit margin!!! Don't buy their marked up cheap minerals and mixed/blended products marked up over triple their actual value. There are MUCH BETTER outlets for these sorts of products such as red bud soil company.

This company has great products but if you are looking to get it in a timely matter that will not happen. If you have several weeks to months to wait then order from them.
