We purchased our hot tub 8 months ago, communication was spot on from start to finish.
Delivery guy was very polite and the knowledge he gave us was most helpful.

Very pleased with our hot tub. Great service from start to finish answering any questions we had. Pleased with delivery and were shown how to set up and maintain the tub. Definitely recommend to others for service and price!

Fantastic service from start to finish from the order process through to the delivery and the aftercare nothing is to much trouble and the quality and price of our tub cant be beaten would highly recommend build a spa.

Good customer service from ordering to delivery. Helpful advice given about access to the rear of the property and what is provided with the hot tub. Delivery driver Graham was excellent and exploded the process of setting up the hot tub and ongoing maintenance really well.
Still awaiting a refund on an item ordered but not required but hopefully this will be resolved soon.

Having looked at a few local hot tub dealers within the area I contacted Build a spa .Following a visit to the show room and a consultation with Dean who helped me decide what hot tub would best suit my needs which wasn’t the more expensive model that I had in mind I placed my order.

I was kept up to date regarding delivery date and requirements for access to the garden by the team which was most useful for being prepared on the day of delivery .

Delivery went smoothly and installation of hot tub completed .

I received follow up call from customer service and was pleased with the offer of assistance if any areas of uncertainty regarding workings

Can’t say anything bad about my experience with Buildaspa from placing the order to taking delivery.

The delivery driver explained everything that I needed to do to get my tub up and running and had no issues following this through.

Would also like to add the customer care are very helpful with any queries.

Order was delivered within a month. delivery and siting of hot tub was well planned from both ends and installer Jason couldnt be more knowledgeable and helpful.

I recently purchased a Zeus deluxe from build a spa with a heat pump. Everything from the installation to post sales went very smoothly. Jason the installer that delivered and installed our hot tub went out of his way to accommodate everything. He was also very patient waiting for me to secure the heat pump down. All this and he set off at 3am to arrive at my property by mid morning. Clearly a credit to the company!

This is now the second hot tub we have purchased from Build a Spa.
