Excellent service from start to finish, from sales to delivery. We had the build at home option due to poor access and they were great.

Great value, really easy to order and communicate.

Great service, information and package deal. Efficient delivery and set up process with good guidance and advice from the fitter. There was a small patch of glue on the side of the tub and fitter removed it taking time to ensure left it perfect. Very happy with end to end process highly recommended

For the money these hot tubs are very hard to fault and the service I’ve received from Built-a-Spa has been really good.
I’ve got the Zeus Deluxe with the Geko K1000 controller, 4kW Heater and the extra lights. It looks a lot more expensive than the sub £4k we paid for it.
The K1000 controller is worth the upgrade and is much more user friendly than the K300, I’d also say the 4kW heater that is available if you go for the 32A option is a big help if you want it to heat up quicker and be able to maintain temperature when using it through the winter months.
We upgraded from an inflatable hot tub and this really is a massive upgrade if that is what you currently have.
I was a bit sceptical about what you would get for the price but a friend of mine already owned one and after looking at his I decided to take the plunge.
It’s well made, looks the part and is comfortable to sit and relax in, it’s hard to see how the ones you see being sold for double or triple this price are worth the additional outlay, plus it’s made in the UK which was a big plus point for me.
We did have an issue with the Bluetooth speakers on ours which stopped working after 3 months but build-a-spa sent somebody out within a week and it was repaired under warranty without question.
Things to bear in mind if you’ve never owned one before, they are expensive to run but I think the benefit and enjoyment I get out of this more than out weights that. There is also an element of maintenance in the form of looking after the water quality but there is plenty of help on line about this and its not as hard as is sometimes made out. Finally, make sure you have access to get the tub into your garden. Ours needed to be craned over the house, which isn’t as expensive as you’d think if you find the right local company!
Finally, its worth mentioning that there is a great Facebook Built-a-Spa owners group (run independently) that can be a big help if you are a first time spa owner, or even just looking at getting one. There is loads of helpful info on there once you get passed the posts about people complaining about the running costs.

Fantastic service from start to finish. The service and advice on type and requirements were first class.
Delivery, I was kept in the loop on times and progress , the lad who brought the tube was very helpful and knowledgeable on how everything works and set up.
After care couple of calls insuring everything was well and I was 100% happy with the product and service . And would definitely recommend 👌

Friendly service. Hot tubs are excellent in quality and easy to use and very good value for money. They have a good customer service. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I had spent lots of time reviewing which hot tub to purchase and look at various companies and choose BAS based on price and reviews. I was not disappointed and found BAS service to be professional and friendly and very helpful. Graham who delivered the spa was kind and knowledgeable and when I had a pump issue Dan again was kind and very helpful.

First tub ever & build a spar gave us a really good service from buying to installation! The added bonus off a heat source pump keeping the electricity costs very low was the best advice ever.
Had one problem which was sorted over phone & 3 follow up calls making sure I’m happy. Brilliant keep up the good work. Recommended to all.

Had an issue with delivery of my tub on original date but that was because their delivery person ended up stuck on a motorway due to extreme weather, but got a call first thing I'm the morning and got a new date the following working day

Delivery of hot tub was smooth, the delivery and installation took a few hours due to added extra on my unit

We chose the build on site option, due to back garden access difficulties. The team at Build a Spa went out of their way to get the hot tub installed for Christmas and it saved our Christmas. Thanks for a great job.

Great service from start to finish, I requested to change the order which wasn’t a problem with Build a spa, hot tub arrived on time but I had a problem with the crane breaking down, again this wasn’t a problem with build a spa, they came back once the hot tub had been put in place and Dan the fitter connected the hot tub and took me through the operating instructions and how to treat the water.
Also had follow up call to see how things were with the hot tub and if there was anything I needed to know.

I very professional company who supported me through the selection process through to post installation checkup to ensure everything was running ok. The installer was brilliant and friendly, he gave full instructions on the use and upkeep of the product.
They phoned and messaged to check up throughout the process and provided future support including a link to a owners Facebook group for support information, guides and advice!
Buy with confidence, very competitive pricing with excellent customer experience and a great product!

Brilliant company to deal with nothing was too much trouble, answered every question along the way and re arranged delivery when I requested. Great product, great installation

Outstanding service from start to finish.

The ordering process was made very easy over the phone with what options I wanted.
I was updated as and when the tub was going into production. A final call was made to pay the remaining balance too.

Graham/Graeme gave me a call the day before install to let me know a time slot of when he’d be here. He arrived on time and was very efficient. Took me through everything I needed to know from using the touch screen to when to flush the tub. He is a credit to Buildaspa!

Although I had an issue with the touch screen they sent Graham back within 2 weeks to replace the whole unit. The aftercare from Buildaspa is second to none.

Paul and the team are brilliant at their job, very efficient and knowledgeable when answering my rookie questions!

If you’re looking for a tub don’t go anywhere else, everything being constructed in the UK is another reason to go with Buildaspa!

I ordered the Zeus Delux pre-made hot tub. From the 1st call to the aftercare I have had nothing but an amazing experience. I actually bought mine due to a friend having hers for 2 years. Knowing they are UK-based so any parts needed in the future was a key point for me. Definitely ask all the questions you want to the staff. Do your homework before buying so you fully understand what's involved in the running of a hot tub. The delivery guy was amazing and explained everything I needed to know and was extremely detailed in his setup guidance. I would HIGHLY recommend build a spa.

I ordered the we build option (Zeus) as I have restricted access. They came on the day they agreed with no issues and Andy the engineer was immense. We easily lifted it over a large wall and shed. It ended being a lot cheaper than getting a crane in. He built it in no time and took me through everything clearly. Definitely recommend this for anyone who can't work out a way to get one in.
