Contacted Build A Spa a few weeks back after following their Facebook page to make use of their showroom offer. They were very helpful with my enquiry and when I placed my order. They could have delivered sooner than they originally quoted but because the patio area wasn't ready they were very helpful in rearranging delivery.
Graham the installer kept me informed on the delivery and installation which he completed quickly and cleanly yesterday. We're in the two week settlement period at the moment but as of yet we've not had any issues with the Zeus Deluxe Spa.

Really happy so far, my wife and I are enjoying the tub. Customer service has been brilliant so far also. I found the company via Facebook and decided to drop into the factory when in the area with work, ended up placing my order there and then. The delivery guy was friendly also and gave loads of advice. I fully recommend this company to others looking for a hot tub

We had our hot tub installed on Saturday and we were so impressed by Dan, he was amazing, very professional and very helpful. I have also been impressed by all the customer service received before and after having it installed. I also can’t thank you enough for making my dream of a hot tub a reality. If it wasn’t for your we build option I wouldn’t be able to have one due to very difficult access 🥰 I’ve been in it twice already and it’s every thing I hoped it would be. I highly recommend build a spa.

Purchased the Zeus build a spa and can honestly say we are really happy with the product and the service. Hot tub is amazing All of the team we spoke to were very helpful and Andy who built the spa in our garden was great and managed to work in our tight space we had. Would definitely recommend! Only negative was the wait from order to delivery, just a few months, but this was expected and definitely worth the wait!

Hot tub is amazing and we had a snagging issue with Bluetooth but this was quickly resolved from the troubleshooting guide the team sent by email. All of the team we spoke to were very helpful and Andy who built the spa in our garden was great and managed to work in our tight space we had. Would definitely recommend! Only negative was the wait from order to delivery, just a few months, but this was expected and definitely worth the wait!

Bought a tub from build a spa on recommendation and I can honestly say that I am not disappointed. The internal blue is beautiful.

Great piece of kit. We had one snag with an unconnected light and an engineer was arranged quickly and at our convenience.

Cannot fault build a spa through the whole process of enquiring about the hot tub to the delivery and after sales care. Been very helpful and everyone I’ve dealt with (Leanne, Jade and Astro) was lovely.

We've been really impressed with hot tub and the delivery service was great. Andy came to drop off the hot tub and built it in our garden - it was a tricky job but he was really positive and practical so we had it in place in no time where he built it and gave us a thorough demonstration. I also received a follow up call from customer services the next day to check all was OK which was a really good touch. We are delighted with the hot tub - would highly recommend!

We had trouble getting it in the garden but we managed it due to a very kind neighbour that let us go through there Garden and take a fence panel out ..we’ve have had our tub just over a year now and are absolutely thrilled with it ….the company and there goods are five star

From start to finish the service we received from Buildaspa was excellent. They took the time to explain the whole process, what was required to build the spa and how they would work on site. The engineer that arrived was very professional and gave excellent advice on how to run the spa. Overall we are very pleased with the spa and also the aftercare to make sure everything was okay. I would definitely recommend to anyone with limited space to put in a fully built spa.

Buildaspa provided an excellent product and great ongoing communication. The hot tub was delivered within a month and set up and handed over very well. I would recommend any prospective buyer to use this company for a well priced tub.

Delivery was punctual and the guy worked very hard on the build. After 24 hours we gave it a first go. Initially I was disappointed with the jets, but that was just because I had not switched them on properley. Once I corrected that it was fantastic.

From start to finish the experience of dealing with build a spa has been great. From ordering to changing delivery dates to the day of delivery I cannot fault the company. I even had a follow up call to make sure I was ok with everything and if I needed any help understanding all things hot tub. Overall happy to recommend to anyone. Tub is fab too. And the price was amazing for what you get.

Impressive hot tub for price,
I would recommend buying from build a spa. From ordering to delivery was faultless. Delivery driver was very helpful and knowledgeable, explaining all the functions, how to set up and get chemicals balanced.
Definitely worth the money
