So far a great service from Build a Spa, we ordered our hot tub for delivery end of September but an offer was released a week after our order so they let us have the offer, they did change our delivery date but it was worth the extra 23 days to get the offer. Delivery went to plan Build a spa let me know a time of delivery the day before because we had to have a crane lift the tub over the house. Hot tub was set up and after 2 days we noticed it was leaking, I informed Build a Spa and again great service, they sent an Engineer out the following morning 9am, they found a leak, all sorted within the hour, all seems good now, we ordered the Zeus deluxe with a 4k heater and 2 pumps, really worth every penny, so relaxing and great quality too. I will definitely recommend this company to others.

A great service… from ordering and adding extras to giving advice on equipment. The delivery and getting hot tub placed was an easy process made easier by knowledgable delivery man. I also feel I can give them a call if I have an issue with anything. Thank you.

I did lots of research before buying our tub, and when I finally got ours was thrilled to bits with it , because it was a fair bit cheaper than other places I half expected for the quality to not be too good But I was very pleasantly surprised , it looks great works great and doesn’t cost a fortune to run either only about £3 a day and that’s if we keep it set at 37 degrees all the time , they delivered it when they said they would spot on guys From start to finish,I would recommend the double insulation as an add on, we did and perhaps that’s why it’s so economical.

Fantastic service from start to finish, staff very knowledgable and happy to help. Quick response when asked questions via their Facebook messenger. Delivery was fine, myself and Dan managed to drag it on a sled and position it. The only thing I wasn’t too happy about was the screw to access the wood holding side panel in place was sunk so far in was almost impossible to get out. After about 30 mins of fighting managed to get it out and wired up. Definitely recommend this company.

Top class hot tub best in the market by far.
From start to finish absolutely tremendous professional service. . Great price and delivery was first class. Driver very knowledgable and pleasant explaining and making it easy to follow. Anyone thinking about a hot tub build a spa is your first call you will not be disappointed. The customer services team continued to call me untill they got me just to follow up how everything was. So definately not forgotten.

Fabulous service from start to end. Delivery was on time as planned from ordering. The delivery guy was confident about getting the hot tub into place, nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend.

It was really difficult to get our tub in. We chose the biggest and so had to chose a we building option. Andy who delivered our tub couldn't be anymore helpful, he was constantly asking us all if we were alright while trying to navigate it into our garden. Top quality service, he deserves a pay rise! And the tub is nicely in place, I couldn't be happier with it!

Received our Zeus Deluxe at the date and time specified. We had a problem with access but the neighbour who had access and the great delivery guy sorted it no problem. Was wary at first having a 'deluxe' spa for such a brilliant price but its fabulous. The colour choice and extras still make it one of the best value spas out there. Aftercare is second to none and if you are new to owning a spa like us some questions that you may have seem daunting but the knowledge of the team at build a spa make it easy. Would highly recommend

our zeus hottub spa arrived on time and Andy who delivered and built the spa was friendly, efficient & knowledgable. Paul on sales is helpful and no question is too silly, he always took the time to answer. I would recommend Build-a-spa to anyone planning to purchase a hot tub and their "build on site" option was invaluable to us as our property is hard to get to the rear, without this build option we would not be enjoying our very own hot tub.

We have been looking to get a hot tub for a while now and are so glad we found build a spa! The prices are amazing for the product and the customer service is great. We went to view the Zeus Deluxe at the showroom and the helpful staff answered all our questions and were great in helping us decide what extras we needed. The delivery did take a couple of months but this is because they are made to order. They kept in contact throughout this time to confirm delivery dates etc. On the delivery day the driver was fantastic and put the hot tub in place and explained everything we needed to do to set up and advised us how to use the chemicals. The after service has also been fab and they have been on hand to answer any questions. Overall we are so pleased with our purchase and recommend build a spa to everyone!

Buildaspa were excellent from the minute we contacted them, to following up after delivery.

We had some questions before ordering and called up a few times. The questions were quickly answered and the cal taker was patient and had good knowledge.

The process of ordering the hot tub online was really easy and the delivery was communicated well. When the hot tub was delivered, it was smooth and quick, but not rushed. A lot of good advice given on delivery including how to run the tub etc.

We had a little issue with something not working and they came straight away and all was sorted.

Really good quality product. We are so happy we chose Buildaspa. Definitely recommend them. 5* service!

Fabulous service and we are in love with our Zeus Deluxe! We had previously ordered from The Tub company but four months down the line, they still couldn’t give a delivery date. From start to finish the service and experience of dealing with the company has been excellent. We rang first and Paul spent a good amount of time answering all the questions we had. We then visited the factory and was shown around. Paul talked us through the options and we left to think about it. We rang back a few days later and ordered the one we wanted. At no point was there any hard sell, they just wanted to make sure you got what you wanted. Communication up to the delivery date was great and on the delivery day the driver rang I advance to let me know timings. We had a HIAB waiting as it had to go over a back wall. Once in place, the driver gave a great overview of how everything worked. I've had to ring a few times with some questions for advice and again the service from Paul has been excellent. I would highly recommend using the company if you're thinking about buying a hottub. Great service both purchase and after sales.

I’ve been delighted with the service from start to finish. BAS were great at answering all my questions and helping me place my order. The tub arrived with a fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable driver (I didn’t get his name but he is an asset to BAS!) who has no problem getting the hot tub through our field in to our garden! The tub is brilliant and a fantastic price, so glad we ordered with BAS and I’ll highly recommend you to others.

Really happy with the build and delivery of this spa. The cost in comparison to other imported models is great. Delivery person was helpful and efficient, despite the strange route needed to get to my garden. The WiFi module allows for really easy control of the settings, especially if you wish to take control of your energy usage. High recommend.
