We didn’t really get off to a good start. Everything was fusing and the plug and socket melted. So we had a new socket fitted and everything fused again and when the plug got warm we were told by Paul that it was normal. No it’s not. At this stage we still didn’t know what the problem was until BAS realised that the tub had been fitted with a heater that was too powerful for our 13 amp tub. They quickly arranged for an engineer to come out to us. We were advised that they would reimburse us the cost of getting a new socket/plug and having an electrician to fit it. That was until they realised it was £192. The management only wanted to pay £100. We persevered and got our full refund. We cannot fault the other staff we have spoken to. Poor Leanne got the brunt of it and remained lovely throughout. Maddy has been nice to speak to and Andy is just the best. He delivered and explained - just a really nice man. He came back to us after our problems but by that time we’d decided to pay out more money to have it hard wired just to be sure we’d be ok. After 5 weeks of having the tub and not being able to use it, we finally got there and it’s bloomin’ lovely.

Had my new hot tub delivered a few weeks ago by Andy who was extremely helpful and have phoned him on a couple of occasions since and he has been more than helpful. Since delivery it has been a steep learning curve understanding the chemical side of it all but I am absolutely delighted with the quality of the tub and to date it has been all I expected and more!

Very happy with my Nemesis, well worth the wait. Delivery was perfect and nicely in time for my crane to lift it over my house. Had a small leak on the pump hose connection and this was fixed the following day. Great service and everyone was a pleasure to deal with from order to delivery.

Great product from a British company, have had great communication throughout and 4 weeks into having my hot tub every thing Is great!

Have had our hot tub up and running for a week So pleased with our purchase after doing a lot of research over 18 months finally settled on build a spa. Everything from initial enquiry to delivery has been smooth running. Graham the delivery man was very helpful and knowledgeable and helped our sons manoeuvre the tub down our passageway and into our decking. The company have rung us after delivery to check everything was ok

Fantastic product and service from build a spa, very thorough upon delivery and aftercare. Highly recommend!

Excellent product, it took a while to deliver but I did not mind the wait as we were saving £1000 based on what other companies were offering (and im quite sure they were the same product). I Built a small ramp to make delivery easier, it took less than 30 mins to get it moved into position including a tour of how to use it and how all the chemicals work. My only small criticism would be a better description of upgrades, for example, how much will the extra padding help and that the softcover is just a plastic sheet.

Amazing service from build a spa. From start to finish the whole process was great. The quality of the spa for the money really is top drawer and I’m really happy with it.
