As access to my property is limited, Build A Spa was a fantastic option without the need to hire a crane. The process from ordering, choosing options and upgrades, delivery and the build were superb. Andy the fitter was amazing and the whole experience was effortless. I am totally loving the hot tub, it's the best decision I made upgrading from a inflatable hot tub. I can't thank Build a Spa enough.

I ordered a few essential chemicals for my hot tub. Easy online ordering and it's quite convenient for me to collect.

Purchased the Nemesis hot tub from Build a Spa. Excellent service from first enquiry to delivery. Had the hot tub for 5 weeks now and the whole family love it.

Ordered the Zeus deluxe with hard cover and cover lifter. Within a day or so, had an email from Buildaspa with delivery information, as well as an information pack on everything i needed to sort before delivery.
2 weeks before delivery, I had a call confirming everything was on track and that the spa would be delivered on time.
Delivery man was excellent and explained everything including maintenance instructions.
I've had the spa a week now and could be happier.
Will be recommending Buildaspa to any friends/family who are looking at buying one

Very pleased with the new hot tub. Great value compared to competitors. Made in the UK and arrived on the date they said they would. I have been impressed by the after sales. I have had 2 courtesy calls since having it delivered last week to check everything is OK and I have no doubt they would help with any issues. There is also a Facebook group for build a spa owners with 1.4K members which I have found a useful source of information for hints and tips about maintaining my spa. One thing to note is that they had a one person delivery and needed my help to do some heavy pushing and lowering the hot tub into place. Not a problem for me as a relatively fit man but may be an issue for someone not so able.

We recently took delivery of our Nemesis jacuzzi spa.. After a couple of problems (a loose coupling causing a leak and outside lights not fitted) which were rectified within 48hrs on a Saturday everything is great. Customer service came through with the promise of our next chemicals for free due to inconvenience.
I must say we love our purchase and so do the grand children. It looks good and with the 4kw pump upgrade we are over the moon with our purchase. Even recieved a phone call to check everything was working OK... Well done Build a spa...

Excellent customer service from start to finish tub works brilliantly, I have had two follow up calls to make sure everything works ok. I would highly recommend to anyone thinking of purchasing a hot tub 5* service.

Despite a long wait time, the Hot Tub arrived ok and having had it for 4 weeks now, we haven't encountered any issues. Build A Spa have been attentive and helpful. Pleasant staff, and so far so good with the tub!

Speakers faulty on delivery . Waiting 4 weeks for an engineer seems to be a very common problem with the Zeus Deluxe from
