Recently purchased a hot tub from BuildASpa excellent value for money love my hot tub very professional service great support before and after spa was delivered would highly recommend to anyone great quality and service.

Have had our hot tub for 8 weeks now,after placing the order over the phone I was talked through the purchase process delivery and installation,fantastic service and they certainly know there stuff,hot tub arrived and was installed in less than 10 minutes,excellent value for money and British made, aftersales were also amazing,calling me to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase,would certainly recommend.

We order 3 hot tubs from build a spa for our new holiday lodge site. We wasn’t quite ready and moved the dates a month back, this wasn’t a problem for BAS. The support you receive is absolutely 2nd to none! The Facebook BAS have created us a space for like minded hot tub enthusiasts and provides some really good hints and tips. If you are thinking of getting a spa, these guys are your best bet! 10 stars from us :) will be buying again for our next site

Ordered the Zeus deluxe with hard cover and cover lifter. Within a day or so, had an email from Buildaspa with delivery information, as well as an information pack on everything i needed to sort before delivery.
2 weeks before delivery, I had a call confirming everything was on track and that the spa would be delivered on time.
Delivery man was excellent and explained everything including maintenance instructions.
I've had the spa a week now and could be happier.
Will be recommending Buildaspa to any friends/family who are looking at buying one

Service is exceptional from purchase to delivery. We had ours built on the back garden due to restricted access.
The build guys were very pleasant and helpful with any questions, completed in under 3 hours. Nemesis is an excellent hot tub easy to use and very relaxing. Would highly recommend build a spa. Products are high quality and made in the UK

I ordered and was told about 12 weeks lead time, I was sceptical, but sure enough 8 or 9 weeks later I got a call confirming my delivery date as estimated. My access was tight with only 30mm clearance, but it went in without much fuss. Had it 3 weeks now and so far, touch wood, I can't fault it., I did look at another local supplier and was quoted roughly 3k more with a 26 week lead time! Would, and have recommend.

Absolutely amazed at the service received from Build-A-Spa, from start to finish they have been excellent and I had my hot tub delivered on time on the date that they promised when I ordered. The communication was brilliant, when you're spending that sort of money you want to know that someone is there listening to you and answering questions. Also, I'm the sort of person that does his homework and the specification of the Hot Tub I have purchased is high, normally £2k more expensive than Build-a-Spa so I was waiting for the catch and there wasn't one! a genuine company with a quality service offering a very very competitive product, plus its British made and comes with a 2 year warranty. 100% I would recommend purchasing from here. Don't hesitate....

Cannot fault Build a Spa.

From day one, I was offered a very competitive deal on a new tub - delivered and positioned.

Communication throughout was spot on. I was advised upfront which date my tub would arrive, when the final payment would be due, and what steps I needed to take to ensure smooth delivery.

The delivery driver called the day before delivery to confirm a time and he was here at that time. He talked me through the setup and functions of the hot tub - he was very knowledgeable.

The tub itself is fantastic. Stays warm for a very long time - very well insulated. I use it almost daily and enjoy every minute.

Highly recommend Build a Spa!

Cannot recommend Build a Spa enough. Great service from start to finish and delighted with my hot tub. Staff are always on hand to assist and having the owners Face Book page to get useful hints and tips has been great.

Interesting I placed a review on my hot tub that never was and build a spa have removed it! Disgusting so I wonder if this one will be removed.
After the constant messing around and having no hot tub at the end of it, paying for an electrician to be on site, not getting any money back and spending 3 days chasing a refund to have my review removed?
Well I will continue to place review each time its removed until customer service deal with my complaint and call me. Disgusting service and no customer care, no response on emails
Build a spa deal with my complaint!

Nearly a week now with the hot tub we thought we'd never have. Didn't think we could get one in without a crane until we saw Build-a-spa and even then had doubts. I sent a video of the "access" over a ground floor extension with a pitched roof and was told it would be ok. I needn't have worried as on the day Andy from Build-a-spa took it all in his stride. With help from a few friends it was soon in the garden and being assembled by Andy. He left us with a fantastic working spa and told us everything we needed to know.
Enjoyed every day since and even seem to be sleeping better!

Bought the Zeus deluxe and can’t fault it, delivery arrived as advised and great knowledge from delivery drivers, excellent customer service, would highly recommend

Absolutely everything was great from the first phonecall answering the hundreds of questions I had to the pre delivery info and then the guy who delivered the hot tub spent so much time with us trying to get it into my garden after I’d measured incorrectly and eventually we got it in! Such an impressive hot tub you’d think I’d spent a fortune on upgrades just from the way it looks and I only ordered a standard colour Zeus deluxe! No problems what so ever with any part of it!

Buying a new hot tub is an expensive item to buy. When you have no idea about them, what you need, what you want, and what to buy, it makes it a daunting thing to buy. Buildaspa made it very easy for us. The website is easy to get around, the options are easy to look at and customer service is just a call away if you need more help. We bought ours, then changed and upgraded different options after we bought it. Buildaspa changed what we asked for as a matter of fact. No issues, no tuts or sighs, just straight forward with a thank you. If you are after a spa, look no further, the product is awesome, the customer service is awesome and so is the delivery guy, who placed it for us and went through everything we needed to know. Highly recommended.
