Really good service right from the ordering and installation of the tub to purchasing chemicals and filters. Helpful, pleasant staff always there to answer any questions.

Really pleased with our Build A Spa Zeus deluxe with air source heat pump. We had been looking around for a hot tub for a while and Build A Spa were the only company we'd seen offering an air source hear pump, which given the energy prices increases made sense - and it was on a bundle offer at the time.

From start to finish we had great communication, confirming delivery details, how to prepare the area for the tub, access required etc. and a phone call the day before to confirm approx arrival time.

The air source heat pump had some transit damage to the case from the supplier, which Build A Spa could have just replaced the case but they arranged a full replacement unit and as a goodwill they also upgraded the control panel. On both occasions we've had an engineer they have communicated when they would be arriving and have done a great job working on the tub.

Highly recommended for a hot tub company giving a good service at all stages of the process and follow up calls after the installation to check everything is OK

We had such a great experience with build a spa. I had been looking for a hot tub for a while and was close to ordering with another company, when I came across Build A Spa’s social media adverts and was intrigued but the air source pump option. I did my research and this seemed like the perfect option to reduce the cost of running especially when prices are so unstable.

We were kept informed at all steps along the way from ordering to delivery. We ordered the Nemesis in odyssey and it’s so spacious inside. In comparison to other models out there, it has so many more jets and features, well worth upgrading to the K1000. We had to arrange a crane delivery for the day it arrived and that all went pretty smooth so don’t worry too much if you are in the same boat. We just asked BAS for a narrowed delivery window so the crane driver wasn’t hanging around too long.

Once in the back Jason just cracked on with setting it up. He worked flat out for a couple of hours and then give us a full demonstration of its features and how to set it up before his drive back home.

The team have checked in with us to make sure everything is running ok and the starter chemical kit came in very handy to get us on our way. If you are interested in a high quality hot tub at a very reasonable price then these guys are for you!

Had our Nemesis for 12 months now and had the 1st service on Thursday. Can not fault this company, we had some minor problems when we first had it but they were soon rectified, had no more issues since. Guy who came to service it the other day was great, very friendly, polite and did a fantastic job servicing it, looks brand new. Definitely recommend.

The buildaspa was good value for money for a spa that is to custom specification, and the features are impressive for a relatively inexpensive spa (Zeus Deluxe). The only downside was delivery, I had hoped to use a friend's crane but he didn't have suitable straps and the delivery drivers does not carry straps. So we have to take my gate post off. Only one delivery person is a little crazy, it relies on strong persons at the delivery and contrary to what buldaspa tell you, you really need 2 additional strong people to manage it and even then it's not easy.

Just had our new Nemesis spar delivered the driver that brought it was great set it up with a Air source heat pump , make hardly air noise at all , I have had another spar for 15 years in my daughters house and this Nemesis is great and looks lovely in the blue .Build a spar have kept in contact since ordered in December and been very helpful, would recommend to anyone and a brilliant price against the many small franchise sellers.

What an excellent company. Ordered, kept upto date throughout and on the installation day Jason was a massive help. He was kind a great worker and knowledgeable throughout. Highly recommended and Jason is a credit to build a spa.

Great company, we went over to Hartlepool to see the spas - offered coffee and mince pies and shown not only the hot tubs but in the factory as well. Had to delay the delivery but not a problem for them. On delivery day the hot tub was very quickly taken to the garden and installed and we were shown how it worked and talked through the settings. We have the ASHP and it heats it up very quickly and surpringly not as expensive to heat as we thought - bonus given the rise in electricity prices.

Amazing step, it's the second one I've bought. Solid, safe and a nice wide cushioned, none-slip step xxx.

Brilliant. We got a buildaspa Zuess to replace our last tub. It's so much better. Heats faster, warmer much longer (Had to turn it down it stayed hot so long)

We started off with one of those inflatable hot tubs, which I was surprised how much I loved sitting in. But it kept popping so decided to get a proper one.

I'd planned on just getting a cheapish one on eBay...but randomly saw a BAS advert somewhere and was amazed with the specs vs the cost they offered.
I felt a bit sorry for them because I rang up constantly to ask questions and even then went to visit the showroom because I couldn't decide between the Zeus or the Nemesis.

Went with the Nemesis and ASHP. I was very excited, to basically sit in warm water in my garden, but still. Delivery was nice and smooth - we did get lucky that it was a nice sunny day too.

Can't fault the company or the tub.

A great service from start to finish. I was struggling with some access issues we had and came across Build-A-Spa whilst researching how costly a crane would be to get a hot tub into the back garden. Not only did Build-A-Spa offer the option of building on site (thus avoiding the access issues) but their hit tubs were cheaper and at a higher spec than those if been looking at. From the moment I ordered to the day before delivery I had lots of contacts with the sales team and the delivery technician, Dan. Everyone was helpful and responded quickly when emailed. The day of delivery went smoothly thanks to Dan's professionalism and the hot tub was in and running in 4 hours. After a brief tutorial from Dan I was left to it and was enjoying a fantastic hot tub experience after just a couple of days. I couldn't recommend this company enough - go for it!

The hot tub is of very good quality and we enjoy it. The delivery team was very helpful and very happy with the sales team service as well. The enquire that we had was answered promptly.

We ordered the Nemasis hot tub with a heat pump and we are extremely happy with it.
Great quality and value, the communication with the sales team was excellent.
The spa was delivered and fitted by very competent engineers who knew the products inside out and were very helpful.

Recently received a new Zeus with K1000 Control Panel, additional pump and Air Source Heat Pump. Excellent quality Hot Tub and although sceptical about the efficiency of the Heat Pump, all appears to be working well. A slight problem with the Bluetooth was easily fixed with a quickly delivered component from BAS which I fitted myself. The K1000 and additional pump are definitely worth the upgrade. Communication was generally good but I did struggle to get answers to email questions which were asked. Delivery was on time and installation was performed competently.

Right from start to finish Build a spa were second to none! Maddie and the team explained all our options during purchasing.
The spa arrived on the morning as planned. Dan did a first class job in setting up and answered all our questions. It was soon set up ! We have used the spa for over a week now and really enjoying it ! Would recommend without hesitation.

Where do I even start. The experience with this company has been astounding. Rewind back to 2022 and we actually had another hot tub on order with another company. They cancelled our order due to covid/ supplier / brexit issues. We had no correspondence or customer care or sympathy from them at all. We felt so let down and disheartened by this. Completely appreciate that times have recently been rough but there’s a way to approach this from a customer care side and this wasn’t received.

This is how we came to discover Buildaspa. A neighbour had taken delivery of one of their tubs during lockdown and was over the moon with it so we decided to give them a try. They were running November offers at the time which we were attracted to. We dropped them a Facebook message and was kindly helped by a member of staff who was eager to answer all our questions. We left our number for a call back and Leanne in the office called. She was a fountain of knowledge on the products and we set up our order there and then.

Pleasantly surprised our delivery was booked in for two weeks time, these guys make the hot tubs on site and had in stock what we were after. We received a delivery email full of info on what we needed to get ready and customer care even called us a week before to make sure things were all in hand for the big day. When delivery day came, their driver Graham couldn’t have been more helpful. He got it into place in the garden and helped us to get up and running.

Since delivery we’ve had further calls and checks from customer care to make sure we’re ok and up and running. And we honestly couldn’t be happier. I feel like we’ve found such a great quality spa for a very competitive price. From the moment I had a short deadline to get the hot tub delivered to ensure other contractors could complete decking - customer services were supportive and went the extra mile

The company have been at the end of a phone for any query even our electrician was able to speak to technical support when wiring up the hot tub. They double checked my customised order (as I had mentioned a different colour base in my initial enquiry). And they were right, I had selected the wrong colour on the website when ordering!

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish, nothing was to much trouble. And the quality of the hot tub is amazing. Special mention to the delivery driver. We had very awkward access but he managed to get it in when I think others would have given up!

We are really happy with our new hot tub, very professional service and got it to us in two weeks. Dan who delivered our hot tub was great and had it up and running in no time. And was very helpful with the initial set up.
