Website error with huge ramifications for me
Unfortunately the in stock product I ordered was not in stock. A refund was issued without fuss when I enquired on progress after being requested to submit a review. Unfortunately by that time the product was out of stock everywhere else too having been available in multiple locations when I originally ordered. So I'm now stuck without it due to a UK shortage in supplies due to the website taking an order for delivery in 3 - 5 days when the company could not deliver in the quoted timescale. 2 stars given due to the lack refund immediately offered, but for me it was too late.
