they ghost us when we ask for replacement parts.

never received the product - had to contact Paypall to get my money back. Never even got any feedback from Buildiverse when I contacted them about this.

Purchased a month ago, no update and still not received ! Opened a PayPal dispute to get my money back!

I still havent received my order and need to cancel it now since xmas has passed long ago!

I never received my item! I've contacted the company on numerous occasions and have never received any reply about my item that was never shipped!

I never received the product. I never heard back from customer service when I emailed them twice about my order status. I never received an email with updated shipping info.

I bought from Buildiverse one month ago (4th September order 27603).
I never had any news about my package, neither the product I paid for ever arrived at my home.
What happened?
I wrote a mail to Buildiverse: no response.

I ordered this item for my daughters birthday. The order was placed on 7 August. My daughter's birthday was on 3 September. The item arrived on 14 September. I had to buy a replacement gift and will not be shopping at Buildiverse again.

Still haven't received my package after 15 days. Andi still havent recevied any updage if it comes or not.

I never received the product I purchased and I later saw that it was a dropshipping site. So I strongly advise against buying anything from this site.

I never received my product. Never received any shipping information. Contacted them multiple times. No reply. Very disappointing. I am very confused because I’ve ordered multiple times from them and have had great experiences previously.

I love the variety and pricing of these kits. The kits feature fun and cute designs that we can't find anywhere else. The quality is decent, rarely missing any pieces, and a savvy brick builder can solve any issues with the kits. However, I would caution against ordering these kits for a birthday or holiday unless you order several months in advance. The delivery timelines listed on the website are simply unrealistic. My last order took almost two months to arrive and I was not able to get any response from the seller about the order status.

If I could rate zero I would! Ordered my item in early march and heard absolutely nothing, emailed them multiple times about updates and now refunds but again no response.
It’s just strange as I have ordered off this website before and did get my items the other time..
don’t use this site they won’t send you your items or reply.

YOu have asked me to review your product even before you have sent me the shipping details. I haven't even received the product.

Bought the product in January, still hasn’t arrived, have messaged the customer support with no replies or anything. Do not buy anything from this place!

Ordered product on 8th February, it is now 7th March and I still haven't received my order. Order stated 5-15 days. Absolutely shocking.
