Absolutely Perfect!
The lego sets I purchased were shipped quickly to me and I was provided clear and precise tracking so I knew exactly where it was from when it left the shipper until when it was delivered to my home. The packaging itself is very cute (I'll probably find a way to reuse the boxes!) and the instructions have been very detailed and easy to follow so far. I'm definitely going to be buying from Buildiverse again when I'm done with these!

Bags should be aplit into sections
The pieces should be split into sections and the bags should be noted accordingly. Also, the instructions manual was a bit wrong, the coloring of the pieces were wrong and hard to follow at some points. Overall 3.5 stars. Overall was enjoyable and will buy again.

Customer service was brilliant
Customer service was brilliant. We had trouble with one of the local couriers, with more than one package being "lost" at Christmas-time. Unlike some other companies, when I contacted Buildiverse and told them of the problem they responded quickly and after confirming what hadn't been delivered just sent replacements. No arguments, no formalities. I can't imagine how they could have handled it better, and I'll definitely be ordering from them again in the future.

The fact that what I bought was really cool. The only negative thing is that the item was very small. I hope that in the future there will be other amazing thing bigger. Because the only thing that I didn’t like was the size. Very very small. I could not even see the object from far away and it was a pity because its performance was good and cute. But I am a bit sad because I was hoping a bigger size so the item would be more visible. Then everything else was perfect.

Buildiverse saved Christmas
I had quite the experience with having my original order lost/stolen when it had arrived to a UK courier service and with no hope of contacting the courier company to rectify the situation, Buildiverse customer service Joy responded to my dilemma! They sent me another order and would handle an internal investigation regarding my previous lost/stolen order. It ends happily the order was received and I could finally gift the gift which was accepted excitedly! Thank you Buildiverse.

Return to China, £15+
Really disappointed with the communication and returns policy, I ordered something for £60 and sent an email the day after receiving it asking for the return address to return it. It took them 8 days before they told me the address and I thought it would be to the UK as they said about inspecting it but it's to a Chinese address, I was happy to cover shipping to the UK but it'll be over £15 to return. Just really disappointed with the transparency of this company, sad because there's a lot of products I would buy.

Excelent customer service! I had a problem with the parcel and they were very kind, helpful, and they responded me so fast at the emails.
The Building blocks I purchased are very cool and really good quality (still in the making!) . It was a gift to my sister and she loved them!

Cute but small
I bought this as a Christmas gift for my husband who likes Legos. We were missing one of the pieces but finish build was very cute. His only complaint was that his hands are very large and it was a bit difficult to pot the smallest pieces in.
