Because it’s beautiful but difficult to match the pieces

I recently bought a building block product as a gift, and I am thoroughly impressed! The product offers incredible value for money with a wide range of detailed pieces. The attention to detail is outstanding, making it perfect for both kids and adult enthusiasts. Highly recommended!

Its optimal as hell but then there are the external problems.

Order was nerved delivered, it said 1-4days to process the order, but haven’t received any package shipped. I have emailed buildverse, sent the request on the their web contact me, messaged on social media. But never got replied, and it’s been more than a month. I paid 80 euros for nothing and not any message. Very disappointed.

The whole experience is great and would highly recommend it to anyone whoms got time to kill

The cutest buildiverse that I had. Nice details. My kids loved it.

Sets are amazing if you get the full kit. One set had most of the pieces missing. Alerted the company and they did nothing to remedy it. Enjoy if you get all the pieces. Useless if you don’t.

Not delivered and no reply from them when trying to chase up. Still waiting 3 weeks in. Very disappointed

Order was never delivered by evri, says delivered but parcel nowhere to be seen and no proof of delivery. Emailed buildaverse and messaged them on social media and over a month without a reply and I’m down £30 with no product. Need a response to claim a refund as they need to open a claim with Evri. Frustrated that I haven’t had a response from customer service.

Seems nice, but it's a gift, so I do not know how easy or intuitive it is... Packaging could be better.

Arrived really fast! Prefer the old boxes though, everything was a bit squished and no photo of the final product on the box. Our 4th kit and they are fantastically detailed and fun to make.

A really great object to build. It’s really good for my to learn my patience again, because of the little pieces. Only one little piece missing, but there are a plenty of extra pieces so you can use one of a different color. Quick shipping and a lovely box.
