Fast postage and professional service. The building blocks are way better than I expected!

Update: they didn't reply in time of 48 hours as said, when they finally did they even asked me to change my comment here and give more stars as they sent me booklet with instructions (that had to be there already in the package!), meanwhile i started making my flower vase and had one missing piece, i was definitely too tired of it and just left it the way it is.. really really disappointedly

I got my order and no instructions in it! Tried to contact them everywhere and no answer, awful costumer service! I just needed the PDF they didn't put in and could work on it, but nothing. So disappointed and such bad experience for a Christmas gift.

Ordered Dec.15th and still no parcel.
Again a drop shipping site advertising on Instagram... If I knew this before I wouldn't order from them.
If my parcel is not delivered in the 15 days from the order I will open a Paypal dispute to get my money back.

Over a month and still no package. No response to my last email. Update: only replied to my email after poor review. Proper details not given to courier on first attempt as no contact was made, despite being in on days of attempted delivery. Regardless of excuses made - until the package is in my possession, it's the companies issue and not mine. It's been over a month and is absolutely unacceptable whichever way you look at it.

The Sets themselves are a lot of fun to build. Everything from shipping to delivery went perfect.
I've had to contact the customer service because I had some missing pieces in one of my sets but my request was handled fast and the employee was super friendly.

I can only recommend this website to everyone, that likes building and wants a seller that has the same thoughts about it.

Did not receive my order. Want a refund

Great communication, able to answer all questions and queries I had and provided great customer service. When my parcel got lost they very quickly sent out a new one and provided new tracking information immediately.

Got here in great time even coming from the other side of the world! Very detailed instructions and includes everything promised. We’re in love with our set.

The product came quickly, all the pieces present. It was the most fun little build! I absolutely love it!

Item was on back order, no notification was given and no communication occurred until I emailed company two weeks later. Item still has not arrived a month later.

Update: it arrived about a month late and there were not instructions in the box, needed to email to get a pdf copy.

The shopping was easy. They shipped it out in a timely manner. It was packed well.

Good communication, well packaged, cute designs, well made. Decent postal timing.

Missing multiple pieces, couldn't finish my project

The end product is cute but the process feels cheap. I don't understand how we are expected to cut out and fold boxes that are the size of a penny or smaller. The kit also felt cheap since it was 50% paper. Very hard to glue things without staining or ripping them. In the end it was more frustrating than fun to build. Wish they were more like Robotime kits. Will stick to other model kit companies next time.

I bought this set so my boyfriend and I can build it together. It was fun! One building took about an hour to complete. Building came out nice. It is smaller than average, but I like it. It’s easier to fit multiple buildings on a shelf.
