I've worked with Mani and the Built IQ team a number of times, on multiple projects. I won't go anywhere else now - they are professional and responsive, and further their work rate and quality of outputs are second to none. I must comment on Mani in particular; I've rarely met anyone, in any trade, that takes as much pride in their work, and this translates down throughout his team. I'd highly recommend this team.

BuiltIQ (and particularly Mani the boss) were fantastic. They took over a project that was half complete and had some serious issues with it - every constructor and project managers' nightmare! They problem solved the issues quickly, fixed what needed it, and completed what was left to do at reasonable price and good speed. I would recommend to anyone looking to do any home-improvements.

The BuiltIQ team has been superb throughout this project. Planning ideas, advice, guidance were always shared throughout the project.Our ideas were improved using their experience and knowledge to produce a space that we will enjoy for a long time. Good signposting to suppliers and quality resources continued from start to finish. The thing we appreciated most was the Effective communication of the work progressing using different media eg. photo, video, written and verbal so that we were up to date on the work progress in real time. They were patient, professional and polite. They were respectful of our property and privacy as they worked in the space where we also lived. No construction is comfortable while you are living in the space but these guys made it bearable. They stuck to the projected time line as well. I am happy to reccomend the BuiltIQ team to anyone considering a project.

I must say Mani from Built IQ is good at what he does. He treats a clients project as his own home and advises on the best possible solution. He helps with decisions and has a lot of attention to detail. The workers show respect to the property. I would recommend reaching out to Mani for your building needs.

Mani from Built IQ and his team have been nothing short of amazing. They transformed my 2 bedrooms mid-terrace victorian property into 3 bedrooms extended to the loft and rear. The project was managed professionally and was perfected in great detail. We made time and budget. I would highly recommend this company.

Built IQ were excellent doing our large extension. They are very trustworthy and were on site everyday of the job. The quality and finish was to a very high standard and I would definitely use them again.
