Avoid at all cause....they take money quick, but products never get shipped. Worst customer service. Andrew is the guy but he is all promises, no actions, if you ever get a response from him....Don't waste your time, go elsewhere.

I would give them a 0 if I could. We should have done our research as we are having the same issues as others have mentioned here. We ordered from Bulk Bullys on February 20th (18 days ago) and nothing. Communication is little to none. First we were told they are changing from Canada Post to UPS for shipping, then we were told that it's a supply issue, now we're being told it's a customer service issue. This company is a scam!! Their new policy states 24 hours or FREE! ....and we're still waiting. Our order wasn't pocket change for us. If in fact they are truly sorry, they would have sent the order and not just reply to us with a sorry and an explanation. It's as simple as that, give us what we paid for, that's it. We are following up with Paypal and we will consider reporting them to the Better Business Bureau, luckily we have all correspondence on record. This can be fixed, they just refuse to fix it. Shame on you!!!!!! And your company should not even be online. I'm surprised that they are in business at all. Don't order from them, BE WARNED!!
UPDATE: (March 9th) Later today I received a message that we will get a full refund, we will update again when we do….

Same as everyone else
Same as everyone else, placed a $400+ order more than 2 months ago. A shipping label was printed about a month ago, but the product never turned over to Canada Post. They just ignore all of my emails, even while continuing to send bs emails promising “same day shipping or it’s free” 🙄
NO PRODUCTS DELIVERED!
Ordered Jan 18 and it's 1,5 months later ... no product delivered. Horrible customer service. No responses on live chat, or very very slow. No real person to talk to. No phone number. Will be calling my credit card to reverse the transaction.

I would give zero stars if I could. Funny (in a bad way) to read these reviews because they represent exactly what I just went through. Ordered January 21 and never received the order. First outreach and the next day they ‘created a Canada post label’. The next outreach they blamed that they were switching to UPS and labels weren’t ‘synching’ . The next outreach they said Canada post had picked it up. The next outreach they needed to create a ‘ticket’ with Canada post …..and on it went. I filed a complaint with my credit card and 12 hrs later the merchant sent and email that they issued a refund which hit my CC later in the day. I called visa to confirm. Crazy how much effort this company goes through to not deliver!! I also went back through old emails when I ordered from them last year and saw similar patterns of nonsense, but in those cases I eventually got the order. This time was too flagrant and I will avoid them going forward. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering in January.
5 weeks and still no order! Beware!
Placed an order January 22. Received no shipping information so I emailed them to follow up. On Feb 16 I was told they recently switched from Canada post to UPS and that my items were already shipped. I was also told it was a “syncing” issue. Spoke with UPS and they still have NOT received the items and have not shipped (Feb 27). I’ve ordered from this company before and got the run around. Should’ve known better but wanted to give a small “family” business my business. Lesson learned. As of today.. still no package. Will be calling my credit card company to cancel the transaction.
Update- March 8th. I’ve sent multiple emails and they’ve now completely ghosted me. Will not reply and still no product. Run if you’re thinking of ordering from here.
Money taken, nothing delivered
Ordered february 5, 23. Gave me a UPS tracking number, which just states that a label was created. Days later, nothing. Reached out to customer service, they said they were switching from UPS to canada post and that shipping info would be updated. Days pass again, nothing. Attempted to get a hold of someone again, nothing. Finally get someone, Andrew, said things would be updated again and they would be sent. Still nothing. No responses from live chat on website. I have filed a report with PayPal to get a refund. Please avoid this company!
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, ordered in Jan and still no product. They keep telling me it's an issue with shipping but yet no tracking number. Requesting a full refund!
They steal your money! Do not use
DO NOT USE. Ordered a month ago, still no product. They ghost you and don't respond to emails and 'live chat' does not work. Email says it's been shipped, but tracking number says 'waiting for item'. I've opened a dispute claim. They used to be an excellent company, I've ordered from them over a dozen times. Last three orders I've had issues but always received the product albeit late. This time I doubt I'll see it. DO NOT USE.

Only giving that 1 star because I had to. This company's whole advertising platform is 'same day shipping' but that's a farce. Same day money grab for sure but who knows when they'll ship. I placed an order in January 4th, After 7 days (Jan 12th) I complained and an hour later received a Canada post "a shipping label has been created by bulk bullys and we will let you know when it enters our system".... well it never did enter the system. I also received an email from Bill bully within the same 15 mins saying 'sorry but they'd been shorted and were filling orders as best they could, that they were filling my order and had already created a label'. The company creates shipping labels to get us off their back. I then didn't hear from them for another 12 days! And I checked daily with Canada post as well.
I was determined to order from a Canadian company that sourced within Canada and if they had been communicative and honest I'd have been patient. Instead after 24 days in total I contacted the Better Business bureau. Within 2 days I received a refund notice from bulk bullys. I checked my bank and they had indeed refunded me. But they lied to the better business bureau, saying Canada post had lost my parcel and that they had offered to resend it to me or refund me. None of that communication took place. My order was over 550.00 and I'd been terrified I had been scammed. Having been refunded I can assume the company does exist but they are awful, they lie and are uncommunicative, so do not order from them! They need to be fined or something as they are now involving Canada post in their bad business practices. When I first contacted the BBB I saw other complaints about this company for the same reason. So this isn't a new problem for them. The bulk bully company is not a member of bbb but you can still contact the bbb for help dealing with them. BBB were great.
Too many problems with this company
Ordered a few times a few years ago. Was ok. Since then, one order was refunded because it came over 1 month late. Then a recent order placed December 2022 showed shipped and never came. Took weeks and multiple emails to get a response and refund. Will never use this company again. They’re a small business but have serious problems with either their staffing or supplier or both. Hopefully they can improve and be trusted again. Avoid at all costs. Better options out there.
A “family small-business” SCAM
Purchased from bulkbullys.ca Jan 5th and it never shipped. Supply chain issues seemed to make sense and was told it was shipped in early Feb. Sent a tracking number but item was never shown as scanned in to the system. I emailed support and a few days later, the “Owner” Andrew apologizes and says they will reship it. Of course, it didn’t reship. I wish I had done my research and known the site is a scam. Am going to call my credit card company asap. Do not purchase from BulkBullys.ca

This company is such a big scam
First time customer with this company and I should have found those reviews before placing my order.
I ordered on Jan. 6, 2023 and still did not see my order even if it's supposed to be shipped on the same day.
I tried to contact them many times by email or over the chat. Got a generic email on Jan. 18 saying they had delays and they just got their shipment from suppliers and the orders will be shipped by end the week. Still nothing came to my door so asked again for refund and got a response on Jan 25 from Andrew saying he will proceed the refund right away. Guess what? Nothing shows up on my credit card statement.
I am now on the phone with my credit card provider to get a charge back.
This company is such a big scam, their website looks so real and transactional but they just take your money and never deliver their products. Shame on you Andrew D from bulkbullys.ca
Do not order from BulkBullys
My first order on May 23 2022 was shipped May 24 and I was pleased with getting my order so quickly.
June 15 2022 I placed my second order; it was fulfilled June 21st (not within their 2pm same day shipping guarantee) but wasn't picked up by Canada Post until June 30th and I didn't receive it until July 4th. When I contacted BulkBullys on June 25, I finally got a response on June 27 from the owner (A****w) "We've been made aware over the weekend that there are a number of orders that had not been scanned into a Canada Post facility after being collected."...I thought "fine, these things happen".
January 8 2023, I placed my third order and have yet to have it shipped. I contacted them FB messenger, email, chat with ZERO response. I followed up several times on January 17 and by now I'm pissed off and told them I wanted my credit card refunded because I wasn't receiving any response. You can't even find on their site how to cancel your order!!
January 18 I finally received a response from the owner (A****w) "Sorry for the delayed response and sorry for the delay with you order. You should have received an email regarding the delay. We had some missed delivery promises from our supplier which had caused the delays. The new stock has arrived to us and the team is working around the clock to get all the backorders out by the end of this week."
1. I did receive an email...an hour AFTER he sent the message.
2. It is a week later and my order goes unfulfilled.
I had also asked about their same day shipping guarantee on orders placed before 2:00PM...as I ordered on Sunday, I expected it to be shipped Jan 9 or even Jan 10th...never got an answer of how they compensate customers when they fail to honor their shipping guarantee.
I have contacted them again Jan 24 asking for an update where my order is. My next step is to contact my credit card company to have my card reimbursed the money that BulkBullys stole...enough is enough.
I wish I had seen these reviews before I'd placed my third order because I never would've placed it...but I'm glad I'm not the only one who's had this experience with them.
Stay away from this company!! Your first order will arrive swiftly and then it'll go downhill the more you order.
UPDATE: Shopify now shows a "tracking number" that's been created Jan 27 but four days later NOTHING HAS SHIPPED!! BulkBullys.ca's shipping method is Free Expedited with Canada Post yet the Tracking number is UPS and shows "Shipper created a label, UPS has not received the package yet"...if they ship Canada Post, why is there a UPS tracking number?? Again, I've tried contacting them to cancel my order and refund my money and ZERO response.
UPDATE: Feb 1 I was finally refunded; after sending numerous unanswered emails, chats, messages, filing a charge dispute with my credit card and filing a complaint with BBB.
Trust Pilot allows reviews to be removed
Bulk bullys think they are avoiding their bad reviews by trying to change their name. They charge you for your order and never ship it. Supplier shortages are no longer an acceptable excuse when they have done nothing to adjust their stock accuracy on the website. If it is not in their facility - they need to list it as so
And if you choose to order, they should not be charging your credit card for it until it ships. They give fake tracking numbers and string you along. Along with all of this - they censor the reviews and even trust pilot allows them to remove them. I'm disappointed that this is an option - I do not need to provide this company with my contact info again, they have it and have ignored requests for refunds. My order only got shipped because I started posting negative reviews, but get this - no apology note or email, no reimbursement, no discount... no nothing. And now they want more information about my review so they can "determine" if I was a legitimate customer. What a joke. I've ordered 3 times from this business. First time was great. Second took forever, but I believed the supplier issue excuse. Third time, was everything I've listed above and unacceptable.

You can report this "company" to the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre . They also took my money and never sent the product. They eventually reimbursed me but only after I threatened to report them to law enforcement. These people should not be allowed to operate a business.
A Good Experience
A friend recommended this website a few weeks ago, and I finally placed an order 1 week ago. After 4 days of not receiving a shipping email from them, I questioned the company, wrote an email and received a response within a day or two. It explained the supply issues, and that they’ve finalized a partnership which ensures supply and demand will no longer be an issue.
I then read these reviews where I questioned the length of time I would have to wait for my order, or, if I’d receive it at all.
I asked my friend again about her experience, and she said it was a great service, and that she used to order from them all the time. So I gave the company the benefit of the doubt, and low and behold my order arrived today.
It literally took 6 business days and with the supply issues, (that’s happening everywhere), I was very pleased. I’m glad to be supporting a Canadian local business and plan to continue.
