Supply chain and shipping issues are a headache
I placed an order with bulkbullys.ca on Sept 29, they said they were experiencing supply chain issues and would update and immediately ship out the product once issues were resolved. I got an email on Oct 28 saying it was finally shipped with a Canada Post tracking number that doesn't actually exist even today Nov 11. I contacted the company and have yet to hear back but immediately opened a PayPal dispute (getting refunded) and cancelled all further payments for the subscription I'd signed up for. I also cannot sign in to my "account" on their website and when I "forget my password" it says that no account with that email address exists.
Will edit and update if anything changes.
Update: I finally received my order (December) more than 2 months after placing it but with all the headache that came with this experience I still can't recommend this company until they can get their supply chain and shipping sorted out.
WARNING-Awful company
Not sure what happened as I’ve heard of ppl actually getting their orders from this company a while back, and it being good product. But it appears it’s went completely downhill into a full out scam.
I ordered Sep.9 and have been given spotty communication or none at all, generic and/or nonsensical responses and excuses given to myself (and as it appears, all of their customers), and most recently, FAKE TRACKING NUMBERS. They also removed info from Google and changed their name on here from BulkBully’s.ca to PetPackers Inc in hopes people wouldn’t make the connection.
If you are hoping you’ll get your order, don’t hold your breath. It’s probably in your best interest to file a claim with PayPal or call your CC company.
Buyer Beware!
***Update***Jan 14 2023 They are now trying to have my review taken down by claiming that I am not a legitimate customer. I’ve had to provide proof twice that I’ve done business with this company, even though the proof I provided the first time should have been more than acceptable. This kind of harassment is completely unacceptable, especially after the months of frustration trying to get the product I paid for but never received, then ultimately filing a dispute via PayPal since BulkBullys / Petpackers would not respond. I am also very disappointed that Trustpilot would allow this. What’s the point if they’re going to allow those disreputable companies to harass the consumers who leave reviews?****
I signed up for their subscription service a year ago and every order has been late by 1-3 months. I doubt I would have received any of my orders if I had not constantly emailed them. They have since stopped replying to my emails and my most recent order should have shipped over a month ago. I had to submitted a refund claim to paypal and cancelled subscription. This is not worth the constant frustration.
Further, when I search for their address I can find no proof that this company actually exists at the listed address in Barrie Ontario, Canada. Photos of the building at this address show no signage for “BulkBullys.ca” or “Pet Packers Inc” and I was unable to report them to the Better Business Bureau because there was no company listing.
Great Canadian company with high quality pet food!
Been ordering from Bulkbullys since I got my pup over a year ago and I absolutely love their products. Quality is top notch and my dog absolutely loves the taste of everything I've gotten him so far. For anyone who's complaining about inventory issues, doesn't understand the current supply chain market conditions. This company likes to source only quality ingredients and relies on specific suppliers to support. Unfortunately, as with many other industries, supply has been tough. So be patient y'all, plan ahead, and enjoy a Canadian small business trying to support its customer base.
