Good product for limited edition Supermalt.

I've left positive reviews for this company before. I'm very sorry for the negative experiences others have had, because each transaction I myself have had has always been positive.

I have wanted to order from them again just today, yet I have also discovered that their website is not operating (maintenance, it says) and wonder what this really means.

Dear Dave with Bulksupermarket - we've communicated several times in the past, and you've always been so courteous and accommodating to me. If you read this, I hope you will be back in business soon, because you're sincerely missed.

Does not accept Visa and won’t answer my emails . Why advertise Visa payment and Apple Pay when they won’t accept either?

Still waiting for my order to be delivered, order no 8702 quoted 13th to 20th may

Iv been ordering off this company for over a year now and had no problem.
Now all of a sudden.
I can't order iv sent loads of emails and only 1 reply saying website will be up and running..still can't order and now no reply back

Scam, scam, scam do not touch this site.. Placed an order on the 29th of March yet to be received. Never trust a company that has no telephone number, email gets returned so you have no way of contacting them.. If it too good to be true it is so stick to your home bargains for offers.

SHOCKING Customer Service doesn't answer the phone and never gets back to you. Do not trust any sort of delivery guarantee it is a scam.

The company delivered the items very quickly, also keeping me informed of delivery

I ordered a quantity of Nigerian Guinness Foreign Extra Stout.
I received a succession of confusing eMails in pidgin English where I was being told that they didn't hold this product in stock, (it was still on the website), and inviting me to choose another product.
They did refund after a flurry of eMails and it was completed reasonably quickly, hence the 3-stars.
C/S needs work as a lot of the communications were very confusing.
The stock issues; incompetence or dishonesty?

this cider is one of the best i have had very refreshing and very satisfing i would have no doubt in buying it again if you ever get it back in stock

Dogs love the food but I find the delivery charge rather expensive

The delivery was great, very polite and helpful driver.

Delivery is really quick! Postage costs are a little high if you don't buy enough to get free delivery, it is calculated by weight. However shop smart and you will grab loads of great stuff to stock up the cupboards. I have found the dates on food items to be very good (no short dates)
