Great product, was loooking forward to getting them. Bulldog didnt let me down ... I think ive used them every day since. Fantastic purchase.
Good quality products and service. Had a fair bit of kit and all of it is well made and does what it should.
Ordered an adjustable 2.0 bench which is excellent, very well built and designed. A small issue with a missing part from the delivery was quickly resolved by customer services. Overall a very good experience.
Great customer service, speedy communication and great products. What else can you ask for?
Product was good quality, but instructions for putting it together were not easy to follow and the screws didn’t line up well on the seat back
Pull-up bars are good quality, Delivery was fine. (2 shipments) As noted in other reviews fixings were unsuitable. Had to buy different plugs. Overall, happy customer.
My vest hasn’t arrived and no one has contacted me
Place an order for three different kettlebells and a clock (timer) and two of the kettlebells arrived (separately) and the third didn’t.
So after 1.5 weeks of waiting, I contacted Bulldog to be informed the third one was lost in transit - my belief it was never shipped, as with the other kettlebells I received notification from Royal Mail that they had collected them and were getting ready to ship.
I was then informed that the third kettlebell is out of stock. Just a coincidence, but I was told it was lost in transit. Then to be told I’m now on a back order to receive the third kettlebell in June.
Had I known their service delivery was so poor, I wouldn’t have bought anything from them.
The worst thing is, the Customer Service agent did not do one thing to try and make it right. He just apologised and told me twice it was lost in transit. I’m sure if I asked him for evidence that the kettlebell was handed over to Royal Mail, then they wouldn’t be able to produce any evidence.
Highly recommend using another vendor for these items:

I am extremely disappointed with my experience purchasing a Bulldog dual adjustable pulley machine.
The machine itself has potential and when functioning correctly it is smooth to use, which makes this even more frustrating. However, within the first two months of ownership I experienced repeated pulley derailments, cable alignment issues, cable swelling/deformation and ongoing rubbing within the system.
This is on a machine that cost around £2,000 and was purchased brand new.
I have worked as a fitness manager for 7 years and have experience around many commercial cable machines and gym facilities. In all that time I have never seen cables deteriorate this quickly on such light use.
I contacted Bulldog multiple times over several months and documented the issues thoroughly with photos and explanations. To their credit, they did send replacement cables, however the support beyond that was extremely disappointing.
Despite the repeated issues occurring almost immediately into ownership, Bulldog refused to arrange or provide a technician to inspect the machine or fit the replacement cables professionally. I repeatedly explained that I was not comfortable carrying out a complex cable replacement myself on a premium machine of this value, especially given the concern that there may still be an underlying alignment issue causing the damage.
The instructions provided for replacing the cables were also extremely poor, very basic, no proper diagrams, and no video guidance whatsoever. For a premium cable machine, the aftercare and technical support simply did not match the level I would expect.
What disappointed me most is that I tried very hard to resolve this privately and professionally before writing a review. I gave multiple opportunities for support and remained patient throughout, but after months of communication I was ultimately left feeling unsupported and without a proper resolution.
The machine is currently still usable, but there are still ongoing concerns with cable wear and smoothness which should not be happening this early into ownership.
Based on my experience, I unfortunately would not purchase from Bulldog again.
Ordered 24 and 16kg KB. 16 Kg bell didn’t arrive. Bulldog said it was lost or damaged by Royal Mail. Kettlebell was out of stock, Bulldog lied instead of just telling truth. Royal Mail said they didn’t receive the KB. Minor issue really, but they lied anyway.
I spent more than £1k with them for a squat rack and some other accessories. It took nearly 1 month for the rack to turn up, and the comms and updates were poor from the delivery company. Bulldog were slow to ship the items, and the delivery company were slow to deliver with no comms.
Eventually, I got an update that everything would arrive between 2 times, and of course, the pallet turned up later than their own time given, for more inconvenience for me. The delivery box was damaged on the pallet, as was a metal pole for the rack and a barbell holder. Bulldog, to their credit, have replaced the damaged items for free. So eventually I got what I was after, but I now need to rebuild the rack to replace the damaged pole. The rack quality is very good, and their support has been great, even when I was upset about the experience. But they need to change their delivery partner, as I see a number of issues related to them in the reviews - they're letting Bulldog down.
More Bulldog gear in my gym? Why not.
I’ll tell you why not.
Because every time I buy “just one more pair” of dumbbells, my spare room edges one step closer to becoming a commercial strength facility with worse air conditioning and better tea.
But the quality is spot on, the knurling feels great, and the dumbbells are built like little iron anvils of motivation.
The new 12.5s and 15s arrived solid, clean, and ready for battle. No nonsense. Just proper kit that makes you want to train.
At this point I should probably stop browsing the Bulldog website before my bank account files a formal complaint.
Product quality is good, despatch is slow. I ordered everything from Bulldog so I would get one delivery but may as well have shopped around as Bulldog is slow despatching and often items on the same order arrive in separate deliveries on separate days which is inconvenient, especially if it is a set that can only be used once everything arrives.
Like big numbers and ease of programming.
For me the big flaw is lack of volume and of a volume control capability.
