This is a high quality competition…

This is a high quality competition kettlebell at a very reasonable price. I've used it daily since it's arrival. It's well balanced and allows comfortable hand insertion with snatches and cleans. I'll definitely buy more as I need them.

I'm extremely pleased with my purchase…

I'm extremely pleased with my purchase from Bulldog Gear. I was searching online for quality gym equipment and I found myself in a maze of mixed reviews and crazy prices. Bulldog was affordable and the quality is brilliant. I'll be purchasing again from the store, for sure!

Very poor customer service.

Very poor customer service.
They lied to me saying my item had been dispatched when it hadn’t and I had to wait ages for my item to arrive.
When I complained they gave me a £10 off my next purchase voucher which is useless as I’ll never buy from this company again.

Thank you for taking the time to review, both positive and
negative give us valuable feedback to allow us to improve our services.

From what I can see your order was placed on 19th January. Due to a temporary shipment delay, it was dispatched from our warehouse on 4th February which is slower than our standard dispatch, for that we apologise.

We’ve looked into why this was the case and have improved our dispatch tracking as a measure to prevent this happening again in future. According to the courier tracking information, delivery was completed on 6th February.

We appreciate this is frustrating, but it is the exception not the rule,
following your complaint, a £10 goodwill voucher was offered as a gesture at the time. We’re a small team and yes sometimes mistakes are made, it was never anyone's intention to provide incorrect information.

As a further improvement to customer comms we have implemented a new call handling switchboard to make it far easier for customers to contact the relevant department in the event of any issues/queries.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.

Great company

Great company. Speedy delivery. This is a present for my son so am unable to comment on it but I’ve been happy with my dealings with the company.

M9 home treadmill purchased in December…

M9 home treadmill purchased in December 2025.

Firstly, the treadmill is fantastic. The look and feel is commercial, but the compact nature saves on space. The service up to item delivery was great.

Then three weeks pass, whilst running the treadmill throws up an E03 error. I reached out to bulldog, who after a few days agreed a new part would be sent out and I would fit it. I was ok doing this, but did comment that a lot of customers would not be happy doing this. The part that needed swapping was not a simple job for someone not familiar with treadmills.

With the new part in, we had our first go back on the treadmill. The E03 error returned.

I went back to bulldog via telephone, across five separate days nobody picked up the phone or responded to voicemail messages. An email was sent to the original communication log, with no response. A new email ticket was opened, and still no response.

At the time of writing it has been 11-12 days without response, whilst having a brand new treadmill purchased for over £1000 sitting unusable.

I would love for bulldog to respond & take proactive steps to fix the problem. I understand that in batches of equipment (especially treadmills) the odd one can have things wrong with it, which nothing can be done to mitigate. I'm not angry or disappointed with that, I get it. However, what I am disappointed with is the closed door of communication. I cannot believe that for such a large company in 2026 that this can be where we are in how we communicate and how we deal with problems.

If I ever hear back and have my situation resolved, I would happily amend my review to reflect developments but at the moment I would have to strongly recommend for anyone buying from bulldog to have a real think before buying, because the support afterwards if things go wrong is dreadfully poor.

The recurring fault after the replacement part isn’t something we have encountered, so we’ve been working to obtain the correct technical guidance before advising next steps. Great products - Bad Delivery

Great products, great company from what I can see, just wish more of their items were in stock more often. Would have been 5 stars but parts arrived damaged due to packaging. Not bad, just some scratches so still very usable, but just took the gloss of the experience a touch. Would recommend them.

Looks great but haven’t gotten around…

Looks great but haven’t gotten around to setting it up yet. Quality looks great, and the packaging in the wooden bix is a nice touch to ensure no damage caused in transit. Can’t comment on how it performs but have no doubts it’s going to be awesome.

Delivery was prompt

Delivery was prompt, damage found to flat shelving unit once opened all packaging, currently communicating to hopefully resolve the issues. Plastic coating has been scrapped or hit with something.
Overall pleased with unit its very heavy duty. And looks great.
