You can get 31 x 1 gram bars for less than others are selling a single ounce. There is literally no one better than Bullion NZ. I’ve checked and checked again, they win every single time. Arrogant owner stops communicating.
I have stopped dealing with this company due to the arrogance of the owner. I previously gave him a 4 out of 5 for his service but he wants a 5 and so stopped all communication. How childish. Serious problems with deliveries via NZ Couriers.

However, one thing we absolutely value is free speech, so we support you placing this review as this is your reality and we are certainly not going to try and change that. What we do take exception to is the purposeful targeted attack on an individual within BullionNZ; defamatory statements which have no basis in fact nor supporting evidence. Whilst we have always valued your custom Frank and enjoyed working with you (and clearly there was a perception on your end that a four star review was appropriate; regardless of it being perfect) we absolutely respect your position. A business with all five-star reviews in our mind would be incredibly suspicious; but any rating to the contrary needs to be factual and based on THAT INDIVIDUAL TRANSACTION. Clearly our most recent trade with you did go wrong in some way shape or form. Reviewing the security footage of the packaging and looking at the tracking info from the courier (by the way we do not use NZ Couriers) there appears to be nothing wrong with that particular trade but if it was not up to standard (maybe the item was damaged, misdelivered, the wrong item etc - we cannot see any evidence of this, it would have been appreciated that if it was that you let us know) we unreservedly apologise to you Frank. Whilst it was not the case up until this point you will appreciate that from this point on we will exercise the right to serve others rather than your good self.
