Seller has a history of collecting payment, then delaying or not shipping.
Seller has a history of collecting payment then delaying shipment, if at all. Both their retail and Amazon stores show similar experiences. I have personal experience (AMZ #113-3731615-1327407) that aligns with many of the comments. I would suspect that the positive responses are either fake/paid.
6 weeks still no refund or follow up
Ordered a pre emergent 9/20/24 order # 3958
Canceled a few days later due to no ship date.
9/27 received email to verify cancellation and refund.
As of 11/8/24 no follow up from bundle stop and no refund.
None existent customer service
I read a comment were somebody had to email Bundlestop for a reply, I believe there answering machine, mentions getting orders out vs customer service.
Well I filled out there online form on E.T.A on my item, no reply!
I have left several messages and I also sent an email..No Reply !!
That's why they get One Star!
Hopefully my item comes in soon!!..If not I will cancel my Order.
Great Prices
I couldn't find the planter cheaper anywhere else. I got free shipping and it arrived by UPS in 6 days. The item was dirty and had a small scrape but it's just a plastic planter that's going to get filled with dirt anyway.
NO REPLY FROM BUNDLE STOP
I received 2 large jars of tortoise food that I didn't order. I have made several attempts to get them to reply to my messages wanting to know who placed this order and asked how to return the product to them. NO REPLY!
Guess I will just pitch them :(
Sellers regret?
Placed an order for a trellis on May 13. Price was $79.80 plus tax. Questioned why it wasn't shipped after 10 days. Bundle Stop issued me a refund. Suspicious that the price on the trellis increased to $116.07 plus tax a couple of days after I placed my order.

I ordered the product the 27th of February, it was supposed to be here the 13 of March. Today is the 18th of March, I'm still waiting!
