BundleStop.com 

I placed an order #4263 back on October 3 for a uv pond lamp that was $300. I got an email saying it was on back order. I emailed a couple of days later for a refund. I never got a response. I called several times and left messages with no response. I have emailed several times and no response. My last email on Jan 3 was undelivered and the website is under maintenance. This company is scamming people. Do not buy from them!

BEWARE! We placed our order almost three months ago (#4378) - BundleStop will not answer phone calls nor respond to emails regarding our order status. We tried to cancel for a refund but, again, no response. BundleStop takes your money then hides - this company should be investigated by authorities.

Order placed a month ago and still not shipped!

Seller has a history of collecting payment then delaying shipment, if at all. Both their retail and Amazon stores show similar experiences. I have personal experience (AMZ #113-3731615-1327407) that aligns with many of the comments. I would suspect that the positive responses are either fake/paid.

Ordered a pre emergent 9/20/24 order # 3958
Canceled a few days later due to no ship date.
9/27 received email to verify cancellation and refund.
As of 11/8/24 no follow up from bundle stop and no refund.

I read a comment were somebody had to email Bundlestop for a reply, I believe there answering machine, mentions getting orders out vs customer service.

Well I filled out there online form on E.T.A on my item, no reply!
I have left several messages and I also sent an email..No Reply !!
That's why they get One Star!

Hopefully my item comes in soon!!..If not I will cancel my Order.

I couldn't find the planter cheaper anywhere else. I got free shipping and it arrived by UPS in 6 days. The item was dirty and had a small scrape but it's just a plastic planter that's going to get filled with dirt anyway.

I received 2 large jars of tortoise food that I didn't order. I have made several attempts to get them to reply to my messages wanting to know who placed this order and asked how to return the product to them. NO REPLY!
Guess I will just pitch them :(

Placed an order for a trellis on May 13. Price was $79.80 plus tax. Questioned why it wasn't shipped after 10 days. Bundle Stop issued me a refund. Suspicious that the price on the trellis increased to $116.07 plus tax a couple of days after I placed my order.

I have been charged $32.11 from BundleStop. But I havent purchased anything.

I ordered the product the 27th of February, it was supposed to be here the 13 of March. Today is the 18th of March, I'm still waiting!

Reached out with a couple questions and they was quick to reply. Got a great deal and it was at my door pretty quickly. Thanks bundlestop!

I waited three weeks for a bag of dog food that never came. I ordered from another company and had it in three days. I will never recommend this online shopping to anybody!
