My wife ordered hair product (3 qty) from BundleStop and a week or so later a package arrives with 3 tee shirts. We are baffled as neither of us ordered Tee Shirts from anyone. Turns out your company has the SAME SKU for the hair product, which you now say is OUT OF STOCK- and sent the Tee Shirts instead. So you refunded the purchase, and said keep whatever was sent instead. Whew -

I had a very excellent experience with this company. I love a product that they carry, which I feature in my café.
Their prices are so amazing! The lowest I have found anywhere. Their goal is the same as mine to pass a good product on to the public with a reasonable price.

FedEx package was scheduled for delivery yesterday ( March 24) but was not delivered and there was no communication on when it will arrive. It was for a birthday yesterday so I am very disappointed.

The bamboo sticks were about what I expected coming from China. Dusty, dirty bamboo pieces, several were broken but overall they'll do for outdoor garden use.
Not appropriate for indoor decoration, since visually they look rather dingy and cheap.

I am not satisfied with the product. It did not work to repel the bees. They keep coming back. I would like a refund

the delivery was fast and the product was well packed; however, our suitcase wasn't deep enough to take advantage of the shelves. once it was hung up the contents were exposed and tended to fall out if jostled.
Seemed a little high priced but Hubbie still loved it. would like to have a handle added for easier carry

I only received one of the two items I ordered, immediately got in touch with BundleStop and they said their error, apologized and sent out the missing item the next day! Who does that anymore? I was obviously very impressed and will order from them again in the future!

This product worked exactly the OPPOSITE as intended, drawing tons of bees to all of my hummingbird feeders!! Does not work unless you are trying to get stung by bees!

After only receiving 1 of 2 items from the dropshipper (yes, this is a dropship website so lag time is expected. Although my order was "shipped" quickly.) Now, back to the missing item. Although I received an email confirming shipment of both items, the one not received cost $240. I was miffed.
The good part is Bundle Stop immediately responded and went out of their way to make things right. And they succeeded. 5 stars for customer service.
1 star is lost on the overall review however due to the original missing item. Which I did eventually receive.

All these people giving negative reviews are so used to ordering from Amazon with their quick shipping, they seem to have forgotten how shipping used to be before Amazon.

I ordered some fertilizer and received the order in less than 10 days during the holidays of all times which is incredible and the price was 70 dollars less than the nearest competitor. I would definitely do business again.
