You didn’t ship product or notify me of status. I had to reach out 2 times and the last time I wanted to cancel but was told they could ship finally. Unacceptable wait time with no notifications.

Unacceptable shipping time frame
Sorry but in this day and age, taking 11 days from when the order was placed to the item being shipped is completely unacceptable. This was after I sent an inquiry 9 days after placing the order, if I had not inquired would it still be sitting in a warehouse????

Some trouble with shipping
Some trouble with shipping. It said it shipped and had been received, but it turns out it was an error in their system. Got a call from one of the owners to clear the situation up. But still have not got confirmation that it shipped so I am still waiting on that
