A wonderful holiday 😀
I have no hesitation in recommending Bunk Campers Belfast for the service given on the occasion of my recent motorhome rental. Everything was dealt with professionally ad nothing was too much trouble for the team to sort out. A very smooth opperation who I would use again if the opportunity arose again.

Would recommend bunk to any road trippers!
We had a fantastic time travelling the coast of Ireland in our bunk camper. Mark, who got us all set up at the Belfast branch, was so friendly and made us feel very comfortable by checking the van thoroughly for existing scrapes etc so our deposit wouldn’t be affected. The information videos were really helpful whilst getting our bearings and we had no issues with the van whilst on the road. There was even a window at the perfect height to keep our dog amused! I would strongly recommend bunk to any friends or family looking to take a road trip.

Great selection of vehicles, relaxed pick up and drop off and really friendly and helpful staff.
It's great that the vehicles are also rented to people under 25 years of age.

The vehicle was well designed and comfortable
1) The SatNav didn't work
2) The bed needed fixing
3) The vehicle has not been properly prepared for handover to us at Dublin
4) The service in Dublin was okay but a piece of paper on the dashboard with our name on it said: No stock
5) Belfast repaired the break in the bed frame
6) Belfast was unable to fix the SatNav and leant us a personal one
7) Edinburgh was excellent at fixing the damage we had caused when they replaced the skylights with no advance notice from us

We experienced some delays with our new stock of bedding kits and camping furniture and are sorry your rental was affected by this. If you purchased any missing items please send us the receipt so we can reimburse you for these.

A great service and very helpful staff! Our family thoroughly enjoyed a very comfortable stay in a Europa campervan over the weekend staying at Castleward. The campervan had everything you needed and was very warm and cosy considering the cold weather at this time of year. Would highly recommend.
