Very helpful in the check in and check out process, with a minor incident we had, and overall in streamlining the experience

The informations how to use the interior of motor home were insufficient. We didn’t inform us how to reduce the advertising on the display, so we didn’t have heating during the first night with a bed set which was missing. So after the first night we were forced to go to the agency!
The plots (level) must to be included with the materiel and no to buy it in extra.

The intro was very short and didn't show how to close the roof top bed which was often very difficult. The ignition on the cooktop didn't work so first night so we had cold food. No matches😉 Not even a dish cloth supplied, a tea towel or a toaster (we bought these and left for next camper). Also you should supply at least a banister brush and dustpan to make it easier to keep tidy floor. Overall the vehicle ran well and was in good condition but the above points left us a bit disappointed overall.

Trip was great.
Our expectation on type and size of camper was a long way off from what we received. We had selected a 2 birth mystery camper and got a huge 6 berth camper. You could be more transparent about what a “mystery camper” option is likely to be.

Great experience travelling Scotland. The process in actually getting the motorhome was very slow and cumbersome. The amount of info required, the downloading of files, the opening of qr codes was a little confusing and took forever. The only way we finally figured it out was with the help from an office girl. The 2 young girls and a young man were run off their feet trying to get motorhomes ready for customers. There were a large number of other staff in hi vis walking around, some standing around but none of them helped the young girls. So kudos to those young staff who were awesome. Apart from the pick up experience, the motorhome was great. Easy to drive and easy to live in

Quick and good service. Even when we were travelling around. All the people were very helpfull. With beter pillows we would rate a five star!

The camper was in very good condition. We had no issues during our week. The booking process was quite slow, however they were busy though.

The service from when I first booked until I returned the camper was excellent. I knew what to expect and wasn’t disappointed.

An overcrowded office where you have to report and don't know when it's your turn. Staff rush back and forth, and there's no place to park your car. Considering the price you pay for a week's campervan rental, the furniture you get with the campervan is a hodgepodge and of poor quality. An impersonal approach overall.

Had a great, experience, staff was very responsive to my emails, and supporting to help me with reminder to prepare the check-in in advance

The service of picking up and returning the caravan is very fast and it led you to have more time to your own trip. Also the people there are very kind and they solved every doubt or incident. The caravan was really modern and well equiped.

Nice people. Professionals. NEVER treated so good with such companies. And I’ve traveled with mcrent, drm etc

The staff with bunk campers were extremely helpful throughout the process. Trying to make our reservation from Canada, we had hesitations but once we reached out to the company they were able to answer all of our questions which helped us decide to book with them. For pick up, they scheduled us a specific time slot so upon arrival the van was ready and there was a staff member available to help us get setup. The van itself was clean and very nice. Spending 12 days in the van we had no issues with any of the equipment and really enjoyed ourselves in the space. Even drop off was quick which was great for the end of our vacation. Overall we had a fantastic experience!

Very nice people, especially John who greated us to begin with and who checked the vehical in on return.

Unfortunatelly, I damaged the sidescreen during the trip - sorry. But even that was handled with a smile.

If I need a campervan again in Scotland - I will use this company again.

Couldn't fault anything.. Pick-up and drop off was smooth.. the van was great and we had no issues at all.. highly recommend Bunk Campers to anyone wanting a driving and camping holiday in Scotland

I got a downgrade on my camper and there was no active Communication about it, when I would not complain at Bunk camper, nobody would say something or give a discount or whatever

And the camper was not cleaned very well.

So it was a bad experiance.
I would Not Book Bunk Camper again.
