Completed our sale and purchase with Burchell Edwards - Faultless service and support from Jordan, Amber, Andy, Carl and Caroline at Burton on Trent branch.

Was rude and impatient didn’t give us information we asked for, didn’t allow us to change contract and said that you can’t which is a lie and when decided not to go with them told us we were a waste of time

The service provided by Lucy and team at the Mansfield branch has been superb from start to finish. I really have no complaints in the way they have dealt with our sale that spanned the 1st lockdown. Communication has been excellent with all viewings well communicated to me and feedback passed on very quickly. All offers received were confirmed verbally and in writing.

Lucy and the team provide a good reliable, friendly service, communication within the branch is excellent, if Lucy was out of the office someone within the team always knew what was happening.

Even when Conveyancing direct started failing on us the team worked tirelessly in the background to keep things moving, my review of Conveyancing direct will be posted shortly but in short use Burchell Edwards but not Conveyancing direct.

Emily was a star whilst dealing with letting our property, efficient, good communication and was extremely helpful throughout the process. Would not hesitate to use again or recommend!

Unprofessional, unethical and extremely pushy. I have never had an experience like this before where the agent and the vendor wanted to dictate to my partner and I whose services we could use in terms of an advisor. Withdrew our offer as we found a better place, but I would not recommend BE at all. Steer well clear. They make you feel as if you owe them something! Awful experience!

Great service from Tom and Emily at the Castle Bromwich branch. We had been looking to rent somewhere new for almost a year and this was the first really good experience we had. Communication was brilliant and everything was done in a timely manor. We’re now happily settled in our new home.

Brilliant service from start to finish by Mandy in Tamworth. Needed a rental property asap, was in within 2 weeks. All issues were immediately dealt with. I have rented a lot over the years and this has been the best letting agent yet.

Emily @ Castle Bromwich Branch is excellent. She has helped us rent our property a couple of times now, ensuring quick turn around and good quality applicants.

We've also had to rent from them. The service was slick, professional and perfectly managed. Emily updates you constantly, offers help and advise and ensures the process is a smooth as moving house can be.

Extremely unprofessional. My offer was accepted by the agency. Requested property is removed from the market but it was marked as "Sold STC". A week later I recieved a call to say vendor has received a higher offer. Within 24 hours the property had been removed from the market. No duty of care whatsoever and discriminatory treatment. DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY.

Worst experience ever. Had issues with rented property for over 18 months and refusing to deal with it. Simply passing from one colleague to another with false promises and lies!

I found a property to let through Burchell Edwards. I had Lisa throughout the process who was efficient, timely and honest throughout the entire time. Any query or concern Lisa always contacted me to reassure and let me know exactly what was going on. Upon collection of keys Lisa also ensured all health and safety guidelines were adhered to. Excellence service and I’d recommend to anyone. Thank you again Lisa :)

Never work with these!!!! They took rent money from my account when I wasn’t even on the tenancy agreement. And cancelled it 1 month prior. When I phone Burchell Edwards to inform them about their mistake they said they will reimburse me my money in 2 working days. Two days no money. Phoned again another 2 days . No money!! This went on for 3 weeks of telling me lies and wasting my time. This is not the time to have a big lump of money missing from my account. Very poorly run, communication zero!! Avoid at all cost !!!!!!!!

I visited Burchell Edwards Sheldon branch and spoke to a lovely lady called Louise Brockbank, a think she is a manager. Despite all the Covid-19 social distancing signs I was made to feel very welcome and her cheerful smile put me instantly at ease. She was amazingly helpful and so positive about everything. I would definitely recommend them.
