Burger Boi, the taste sensation that has swept across the UK, is not just a burger joint; it's a cultural phenomenon. Synonymous with mouthwatering indulgence, premium quality, and constant innovation, this Cali-Vibe smashed burger brand has elevated the perception of fast food to new heights. Born in the UK, Burger Boi made its debut in the summer of 2021 when founder and director Surj Bassi opened the brand's first location in Wolverhampton. The response was nothing short of phenomenal, quickly propelling Burger Boi to the number one spot on UberEats in Wolverhampton outside of national chains. Since then, the brand has experienced rapid expansion, with six locations in 2022 and an additional eight in 2023. The trajectory continues upward, with plans to surpass 50 locations by the end of 2026. Burger Boi has made its mark in various cities, including Birmingham, Coventry, Leicester, and recent expansions into Manchester and London, solidifying its presence across the UK. At the heart of Burger Boi's success lies its array of signature creations. From the iconic 'Triple Cheese Boi' to the mouthwatering loaded fries known as 'The Bad Boi Hot Mess,' the menu tantalises taste buds with unexpected combinations and bold flavours. Offering more than just smashed burgers, Burger Boi's diverse menu includes buttermilk fried chicken, breakfast options, shakes, and an extensive range of vegan and vegetarian choices—all made with fresh ingredients and crafted to order. Burger Boi stands as a beacon of culinary innovation, with its kitchen serving as a laboratory for experimentation. The team tirelessly works to concoct new flavour combinations and textures, providing customers with regular menu additions and revisions throughout the year. This commitment to culinary excellence ensures that Burger Boi remains at the forefront of the ever-evolving food landscape. Looking beyond the UK, Burger Boi has its sights set on global expansion. From bustling urban centres to quaint suburban neighbourhoods, Burger Boi adapts its menu to suit local tastes while maintaining core principles of quality and creativity. International expansion kicks off with the opening of locations in Canada and Dubai in 2024, marking the beginning of a new chapter for Burger Boi. As Burger Boi continues to evolve, capturing the hearts and stomachs of food enthusiasts, the future looks bright. The brand's commitment to culinary excellence and adaptability to changing consumer preferences position it as a leader in the competitive world of fast-casual dining.

If I could give no stars, I would.
This joint is absolutely terrible. We ordered online through Uber Earts before with no issues, until today. One was they delivered the food so late compared to how long they said it would be, and they sent us someone else's order. We tried to call the number and a lady answered and told us we could get a refund, but we still have to pay again if we wanted another order. How ridiculous. And we can't even give them the food back because of food hygiene, which I get. But the point of this review was to tell you how appalled we were when we managed to get ahold of the driver, whom in which tried to make us seem in the wrong because we thought it was our order until we found out properly. His attitude was so disgusting. He simply told us it was our fault, and didn't bother to take responsibility for his actions. Never ordering from this place again. Learnt the hard way!!

Popped in for a burger
Popped in for a burger, had the American boi meal, it was really good and the staff were very friendly and helpful, aiding me with a ramp to exit the door in my wheelchair.
10/10 very nice food.
Another gimmick burger joint via Uber…
Another gimmick burger joint via Uber Eats that will fold up within 12 months. Shame the food isn’t as fresh and the packaging. The burgers/ fries was almost soggy. Beef patties weren’t nice. Better cooked on the outside. Their ‘burger sauce’ isn’t nice at all.
Really good quality food!

Great burger place
We loved all of our food we ordered. They are the best burgers we have ever had! Well presented and so much flavour too!
Absolutely appalling……
Absolutely appalling……. Menu looks great. Food arrived COLD, MUSHY, the Cauluflower box was missing the slaw, tomatoes, pickled onion basically the rest of the ingredients and was just a box with soggy cauliflower drenched in revolting sauce. The picture was nothing like what was delivered. MISSING items and when calling to rectify the lady put the phone down!!!! When calling back I was asked to go and collect missing items. This place doesn’t even deserve any stars. Revolting food, horrendous service, AVOID at all costs. Embarrassing addition to Derby……
AVOID!!!!
AVOID!!!!!
Ordered though just eat all looked amazing until it arrived. After spending £73!!! we had missing items and dry chicken ( NONE OF THE FOOD LOOKS HOW ADVERTISED) when phoning up burger boi we was greeted by a rude lady who shouldn't be working in customer service after explaining the situation to her she put the phone down on us! When we rang back she would not send all the missing food that we ordered and kept saying it's an uber eats issue? But they can only deliver what they have given them I will not be eating here again!!!!
Cold cold cold
The food is great however, the last three orders have arrived cold from uber eats. Neither Uber or Burger Boi wish to take responsibility for this and simply thank me for the feedback on their platforms. They do say, please try us again and we'll do better, we'll, you don't is the simple truth.
Worst ever
Worst ever! You have an 1/8th of what is depicted in the pics and costs a bomb.
I don't eat a huge amount but that was taking the biscuit 😂😂
Lovely burnt brioche bun to top it all off aswell 😂
