Wow. Quick. Clean and perfect. Will always use them in future.

The carpet is of the highest quality. The two men who fitted it for us (and all in one day despite it being a considerable area) were very efficient and a pleasure to have in our house. Thank you.

This is probably our 5th time at least using Burgess Flooring - they did our old house and now our new one! We had the sitting room and dining room done and honestly you can hardly see the join! The office and hall had LVT to match the kitchen and again it is seamless. And the stairs and landing all done. It looks great, really pleased

Local, reliable and great quality. We had LVT laid the fitters were brilliant. Sales also helpful and kept in touch with us the whole way through. Highly recommended by us and we would use again.

From selecting the carpet to installation our experience was excellent. Having chosen carpet after some helpful advice on type the installation arranged after newly painted room had fully dried. Fitters arrived on time as arranged and very pleased with the result. The help from the showroom was very good. This is the third room burgess flooring have done including a tiled floor. Always had excellent service and good aftercare. Definitely recommend for all flooring needs local firm who deliver the best customer services.

We have recently (in fact) yesterday had our carpet installed by Burgess Flooring.
It looks very good , laid out very nicely. Both Mark and Darren are very cooperative and manage to complete the entire install in a day including furniture move, old carpet removal and disposal, and new carpet install.

Pleasant, knowlegable service in showroom (Steve) and booking for measuring was convenient and measurer brought the sample to confirm. Great fitting from Brett, on time and efficient. Brett even came back to fit last part as the supplier (Internet not Burgess) fitting the reduced threshold was so slow that it was not here when he arrived. Thanks for that Brett.
Phoned up to pay final amount as bank did not recognise the details when done on line. (felt safer this way anyway)

We have used Burgess Flooring and Blinds in the past for both carpets and venetian Blinds but wanted to obtain a quote for Kardean flooring for our Lounge and what was our Conservatory area, which has just been recently renovated.
From the initial quoting stage which was completed by Richard a very competent and knowledgeable Estimator and provided us with a lovely Kardean booklet of samples.
Before acceptance of their quote, we spent several weeks back and forth to the main show room in Durrington, where we took on loan larger samples of the Kardean panels to be placed into our rooms, which is a must as seeing the samples in the showroom can be far different to then seeing them laid on the floor in your house.

Once we had finally chosen our flooring the price was agreed and the date fixed.

Sam and Craig were assigned to carry out the installation, and both guys were very courteous, Polite, but above all very professional at their job.
The installation took two days to complete and although the flooring was slightly more challenging than perhaps a standard installation, nothing was too much trouble for them.

Really appreciated, their input too on the final design of the floor and we would not hesitate to recommend the Team at Burgess Flooring and Blinds Ltd.
