I have been using Burgess Flooring for many years, they know me and I know them! Every time they turn up at the time arranged, fit the carpets or vinyl, tidy up and leave. This is followed by receipt of the invoice which is paid promptly. Any queries or questions are dealt with in a telephone call. As ever a pleasure to do business with. Good quality product at a fair price.

Excellent service with Karndean floor. Richard helped us when choosing the finish and style. The fitter, Darren, showed us different options for laying the boards and replaced one when we changed our mind at the end. Recommend them.

Pleasant efficient and a good knowledge of the products

Blinds look great and Tony is very efficient in his work. Definitely, not a pushy firm, which made me warm to them. Their quote was good and the quality of the work speaks for itself.

Excellent customer service and did a great job with the carpet on my staircase. Competitively priced and provided good advice on the best type of carpet for my stairs. They were able to fit my carpet within the week.

We didn't have along wait before the vinyl was laid, the fitters were polite and made an excellent job of it. We would recommend the company and would use them again.

5* to the carpet fitters and Shane (who’s now left) for their complete support and professionalism from ordering to installation.
However Richard doesn’t really deserve 3*, rude and unprofessional because the wrong size carpet was delivered……it was somehow my problem. Having walked away without so much as an apology, I reminded who the customer was preparing to start afresh….I turned to offer him a cup of tea to see him getting in his van and driving off!! The next time I heard from him was for the final bill….

Very speedy and professional response. Advice was honest and impartial. Worked hard to find the best solution of when to fit, given other constraints on our time/work to be done. Excellent customer service. Very happy with the product and the fit.

From the moment we entered the shop the staff were extremely helpful, polite and non-pushy to get a sale.
The speed of getting the vinyl was we ordered was unbelievable and the fitters cam very speedily as well.
