We found Steven in the showroom and Richard the surveyor very friendly and helpful. The fitting service was also excellent.

We have always been extremely happy with Burgess Flooring and they went above and beyond this time. From exceptional, but unpushy, help in the Showroom through to fitting within a week of our first enquiry, we cannot fault the service or professionalism of each member of the team.

After an initial confusion as to the precise carpet, the service was quick and seamless with lots of communication. A job well done. We were very pleased with it.

This was our 3rd purchase from Burgess in the last 2 yrs.First was a patio door blind,secondly a lounge carpet and this time vinyl flooring for our bathroom. Steven was a great salesperson. He was so helpful in choosing our flooring for our new extension, we were unsure on colour and material but his suggestions turned out excellent. Adam and jack the fitters were also great. Efficient and professional.
