after 30 days of using Burnjaro I have lost no weight. I am now trying to exercise my 60 day money back guarantee. Emails to support group go unanswered and i am currently waiting for my call to 213-283-0938 to be answered. I have now waited for one hour. Probably time to hang up. They jusrt answered the phone and told me to send an email to their support group. I explained that I never receive a response to my emails. The agent promised to contact support for me. Fingers crossed. Just filed a dispute w CHASE BANK.
