I love my new glasses. They were delivered promptly and well packaged.

The Celtic cross is beautiful but the description on the web site doesn't indicate which part of the ornament is glass and which is crystal. I'm assuming the base is crystal and the cross itself is frosted glass. Is that correct?

Product itself was great but felt brutally let down with customer service after order was made, lack of communication when asked a general question then further ignored when replied with question on delivery. Sadly customer service is vital in any sales company just decency and so puts me off a return buy I am afraid.

Excellent service and extremely quick delivery. Unfortunately, one glass was broken on arrival but this was replaced within 48 hrs. Quality and selection of glasses is excellent. Would thoroughly recommend this company.

The tumbler itself is lovely, beautiful shape and quality. Being charged £7.20 flat fee packaging for it is ridiculous. For one little glass! Especially when shipping is £6 according to the website. Also my card was compromised immediately after paying on the website so it is not secure.

Delivery was incredibly quick. Saw these in Scotland on our visit, but didn't want to pack in suitcase. Knew that it would be safer to order on line. I know they are for whisky, but I'll be using them for port wine.
