Terrific customer service from Burns! Initially I ordered plain Champagne flutes which were out of stock, Julie Mackenzie from Burns got in touch to offer engraved flutes. I went ahead with engraved flutes, which arrived well packaged and they are really lovely glasses. I am so happy with my purchase, which arrived very quickly. The glasses are for a friends Golden wedding anniversary and I know they will love them.
