I bought the Masamoto KS 240 mm, and it is the best performing knife I have ever had. I am very happy with the purchase. Burrfection had the best price on the web, and the shipment was very fast. It only took three days to arrive to the USA from Hong Kong. Tracking information was provided right away so it was easy to track. Overall, I am extremely happy with my shopping experience and product.

Trustworthy, accurate product description, perfect shipment with DHL. Perfect place to buy Japanese knives and accessories.

As always, I am absolutely thrilled and pleased with the quality of the products. This scissors are so amazing, I won’t use them as kitchen scissors, but as utility scissors, they are way too lightweight. I have a set of global shears for that. The only hiccup is with DHL, They won’t deliver without a signature the first time so if you miss them, you have to sign their tag and make sure it’s sitting out for the next day they come by.

it's always fast and packaged well for me

The knife I purchased was just as described, super fast shipping and decent packaging.

Update- Burrfection finally responded and resolved my problem in a very fair way. I will state their shipping was extremely fast.

They will not respond when requesting a refund and they will not provide contact information. The product I received was not the same as in photo. They also use CM but do not label it so it appears to be inches, which can be misleading, so read carefully.
