The shipping and delivery was lightning fast and my order was packaged very well so it wouldn't get damaged in transit. I had a question about my order and received a response to my email from customer service within 24hrs. Overall I was very happy with my experience. I would recommend buying from Burrfection Store and will definitely be shopping with them again.

Don't expect a response from them...
Unfortunately I still haven't recieve my knife and sent multiple emails etc regarding issues and I have been totally ignored! Not even a single response! I feel this is very unfair, their customer service is abysmal! Even though they say we aim to respond within a few hours (not days) and still don't respond! I just feel let down by it all, I have supported his channel from pretty much day 1 on YouTube and always felt he had people's interest first and foremost but as all businesses, money is the only driving force! £282 and still nothing to show for it. THANKS VERY MUCH RYKY!

Awesome Blade / Lame Handle
Burrfection shipped the knife quickly — excellent service.
This is my second Moritaka knife. I bought a Moritaka gyuto a few years ago, and now this petty knife. The blades on these knives are phenomenal — plus I love the rough, tough look.
However, the new handle design is a real letdown. It looks and feels cheap, which takes away from an otherwise great knife. If I’d seen it in person before buying, I probably would’ve passed.

My initial order was processed super fast and delivered quicker than I had expected. The knife is great, but it just doesn't seem like a good fit for me. I requested a return authorization over a week ago, and have heard nothing in response. My disappointment is purely due to the delay/lack of communication regarding a return.
