You are requesting a survey response from me. However, I did not receive the product yet and it apparently is still in China and has been for quite some time. So although I cannot give a survey response on the product being a chef's knife itself, I can tell you that the shipping is absolutely ridiculous. It is a complete fail. I will update the review once I receive the knife and use it.

Online purchasing experience
The online purchasing experience was smooth and straight forward. You look for the item you want, and pay for it. They don't annoyingly and aggressively suggest items to add to your cart. Also, the express delivery was amazing! They processed my item really fast. From the day that I bought my item, to it being delivered to my house, it took 3 days. Shipped from Hongkong, and delivered to the US.

Excellent service
I recently ordered a Hasegawa cutting board from this shop and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.
The product arrived in perfect condition, securely packed, and exactly as described — authentic and of outstanding quality. Communication was clear and courteous throughout, and shipping was surprisingly fast considering it came from overseas.
One small note for international buyers: import duties and customs fees ended up being slightly higher than expected.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for high-end Japanese kitchen tools.

Ive tried to reach out several times…
Ive tried to reach out several times about my shipment and till now no response.
my second order got held up by DHL because they want me to pay $94 import fee which i already qualified for the free shipping. tried to reach out to you guys what i should do, as they will send the package back to sender.
so now i just want a refund and thank you that will be my last purchase from your store.

DHL mislabeled my package as needing an import fee and Burrfection immediately sent me a new package just to make sure I didn’t have to wait on customs to clear my package for delivery.

The fit and finish of the knife wasn’t…
The fit and finish of the knife wasn’t great. And there was a very slight bend in the blade. I didn’t notice the bend until after using it so I didn’t return it.

Good selection
