I wanted to write this review for Bushnell Porter because they are an Estate Agent that truly cares.
Even though I didn’t end up purchasing a property through Bushnell Porter, the compassion and support shown to me as I took my first steps onto the property ladder were outstanding. I viewed several flats and houses with David, whose professionalism and genuine care really stood out. He answered every question and offered valuable guidance throughout the process.
I’ll never forget how kind and sincere both David and Marcus were towards me during what can be a very daunting experience. Highly recommend

David and Marcus were quick to respond, pass information and resolve issues. They maintained good relations with solicitors and other agents. They helped resolve potential delays in the chain and worked hard to reduce the impact of other professionals incompetence.

We recently sold our property in Bordon through Bushnell Porter, they were excellent.
After a nightmare with a couple who prevaricated for weeks, continuously revisiting before pulling out, David and Marcus were so reassuring and more potential buyers quickly viewed and an offer made.
The sale process was protracted due to buyers further down the chain which sent our stress levels up, however both Marcus and David kept us informed the whole time, chased other Agents and Solicitors to keep the process on track.
We finally moved to a beautiful location in North Devon and we cannot thank them enough for their help, guidance and patience with a process that we found very difficult.

David was incredible from start to finish when I bought my house. Couldn't have asked for better service. Will absolutely be using them again!

We have recently sold our house in Bordon through Bushnell Porter. Having sold the previous house and bought the one just sold through Busnell Porter some years ago we had great service then just as we have had this time and I had no reason to use any other Estate Agent. Marcus and David are very professional and friendly, they took great photo's and secured a great price for us. They were always on the case to help chase things up and provide updates to us. Due to a problem futher down the chain the process took longer than it should and they did their upmost to assist in any way. Nothing was too much trouble for the Bushnell Porter team and I can highly recommend their services.

We recently sold our property in Bordon through Bushnell Porter. It was a very challenging sale due to being mislead by our buyers (a housing association), which meant it was very prolonged after originally being told there was no chain.

Completed sale of my late Step-Fathers house 18 July 2025. My main dealings were with Marcus but I met David and Lucy, a formidable team!
On first meeting Marcus I discovered he knew my Step-Father from previous transactions and also through village life. He could not have given me any better service, from actual sale to advice on how to prepare house for sale, recommendations to house clearance business and a whole host of other bits and pieces.
My very grateful thanks to the whole team for making this onerous task so much easier for me during a sad and stressful time.

We honestly can’t thank the team enough, they were all incredible and we couldn’t have done it without them. We had a very long and difficult process to navigate, with a chain that nearly collapsed several times. Our estate agent completely disengaged post offer acceptance on our house, leaving us to communicate with everyone ourselves. We had an incredibly demanding buyer who threatened to pull out repeatedly, which was really hard to deal with. The team in Bushnell Porter stepped in and managed contact with her and her conveyancer, which wasn’t their job. I don’t know how we’d have coped without them and they really did get us over the line and into our dream house. I’d highly recommend them!
