Business Class International - Outstanding and Professional Service

A massive thank you to Lee at BCI. Our flights to Australia were cancelled due to the current crisis of Covid-19. Lee has rearranged our flights for later in the year and dealt with our situation in a friendly and professional manner, during a time that must have been very demanding for him.

I highly recommend Business Class International for their diligence and fantastic service.

Been using BCI now for 5 years and make…

Been using BCI now for 5 years and make regular flights to Australia.
I wouldn,t use anyone else and Stephen has sorted me out again and again.!
Having had my planned trip to Sydney postponed last week because of Covid19 he helped me rebook my flight for October, so making a stressful situation so much easier..

THANK YOU

A huge thank you the BCI. I was away in Sydney and trying to get home to the UK, given the current crisis of COVID-19, this was proving near impossible. I had 3 flights cancelled in total and had tried every route back I could find.
Lee was amazing and managed to find a flight to the UK - it was quick, efficient and professional service! The flights were also far cheaper than any previously advertised online! Saving well over £500 - £1k!
I cannot thank BCI and Lee enough and I’m so grateful for their hard work and fantastic service. I will definitely be using them again!

Crisis Planning and Delivery - Outstanding Service.

During the Covid-19 crisis Lee and his team were asked at very short notice to get myself and three others out of New Zealand as the country was moving to Alert Level 4 (effectively lock down) of its Covid-19 plan. In addition Australia had stopped transit flights and several major airlines had stopped flying from New Zealand. He was organising this through a third party and with time zone differences of 13 hours so coordination was made more complex.

Within a very short space of time he had sourced 3 tickets via San Francisco. The decision taken in New Zealand was that we would only fly if all 4 could be extracted. Whilst holding these 3, within 30 minutes he had found and held a fourth option which was complex but doable. All 4 passengers left New Zealand within 18 hours of that decision and both routes held successfully despite changing circumstances during the transit period.

We were aware that Lee was monitoring our progress throughout and was on standby to support us if any of the routes became untenable. We were all very grateful for his immediate response in difficult and ever changing circumstances.

I can not express how helpful they were .... with airlines cancelling left right and centre Lee managed to sort it for us.

I would just like to give massive…

I would just like to give massive thanks to Lee and his team during the very difficult times we are all living through. We had two family members and their friends stranded in New Zealand after they shut their borders and their original flight plus a subsequent flight which they managed to book, pay for and had confirmation later cancelled. Lee managed to fly them safely home on two separate flights when all other options seemed impossible.
Lee then managed to secure me a flight for one of my daughters friends out of Sydney where all other options seemed impossible. You really need lee supporting your business and personal requirements as he has access to and contacts with all the most important airlines and people.
Lets give Lee and Business Class International all the support we can during this difficult trading period.

Unbelievable service

We have used Business Class International for over 5 years and always have had exceptional service from Lee and the team.
This went to a different level last week when we were stranded in New Zealand when our flight was cancelled a day before we were due to leave.
Lee was still emailing me back at 3am looking at every option to secure an alternative route home as all the Asia hubs were closed.
Lee literally secured the last flight out of Auckland before the Airport was locked down.
The care and ownership was second to none and with Lee's expertise and detailed knowledge of the industry he enabled us to get back home against all odds.
Unbelievable service a true measure of professionalism and care.
Absolutely first class
We can't thank Business International enough

I don't know how they do it!

I don't know how they do it! Managed to find me an excellent value lie-flat business class trip from LON to PHX for under $2k. I've used a few different travel agents in the past, all of whom seem to find 'better than advertised' fares, but Lee (and his team) outshone them all. I'll definitely use them again!

Excellent Service

Stephen helped me obtain 3 tickets to NZ giving me a great deal flying from Birmingham with a saving of £1000 each. Very efficient and sorted with 24 hours. Fantastic

Hassle free best price premium flights

I would highly recommend contacting Business Class International for before committing to purchasing a premium flight. I have in the past chosen a flight after trawling through online search sites and contacting individual airlines. I did the same on this occasion for a flight from London to Sydney. I contacted Business Class International and spoke to Stephen on a Friday early afternoon and by close of play the same day he had forwarded a couple of routes with first class airlines for £950 cheaper than the best deal I had found after an exhaustive personal search. The flight I chose involved Singapore Airlines via Frankfurt a route that never appeared in any search site I looked at. By Tuesday I had my e tickets , ATOL insurance documents and VISA application in the process of being actioned by Stephen for no extra charge. He replied promptly to all my e mails and personally phoned well past closing time on Friday to ensure I had all the information required to come to a decision.
Service was exceptional and efficient, with no pressure to buy and I feel happy I have been sold a good value product.

Ticket Prices quoted are more expensive than DIY quotes

I don’t know where all these good reviews are coming from because my own experience wasn’t impressive.
I filled out the online enquiry form but never got a response with quotes apart from the automatic email message.
I then decided to phone them directly only for the agent to be quoting a fare £300 more expensive that I had previously found using everyday apps on my phone!
It looks as if he had quoted the expensive price direct from the airline’s own website!
Their claim of using specialised search engines looks dubious.
I did get a follow up email some days later asking if I still needed a quote.
I had already bought my Business class ticket but still put in the same dates in my reply.
The quote came back 3 days later (okay one of the days was New Year’s Day) and still was about £150 more expensive than what I paid.

Dear Mr Odelana, I have spoken to the Sales Representative who had your enquiry and they did try to call you on the day you submitted your enquiry but could not get through, Prices can change quite drastically in business class cabins especially when looking to travel so soon like you were. So it’s not uncommon for a customer to call us and prices are £300 lower or £300 more expensive on different dates to original quotes you may have had, it’s the market we are in and why customers have the ability to freely look for flights with different travel agents. We have contracted rates that are not available online and can assure you we do not advertise this fact dubiously. I will apologise for the late responses though, although we open throughout the Christmas and New Year period (exception on bank holidays) our offices are short staffed, we do not advertise for new enquiries and are here to handle the phones for existing clients who are travelling over this busy period. I have never had to respond to a 2 star review in 10 years, and our 5* reviews are genuine, we offer a very good service and excellent pricing on premium travel but I assure you I take your comments on board and look to improve on this over next Christmas and new year.
