The whole thing was really easy and there wasn’t any pressure after my initial enquiry. Once I’d decided to go ahead, Derice handled everything quickly and was really clear about what I needed to do. The car was ready within a few days and the handover process was really helpful.

I approached Busseys as I wanted to deal with a local company. Their customer service has been great, and particularly Adam Woods who has been very helpful. Approached several companies to enquire moving our long term hired vehicles over to leased vehicles. From the initial conversations with Adam, he was most helpful and nothing too much trouble. I have dealt with BVL for at least 20 years both as a customer and as an accountant referring clients to them and most recently in January 2024. They have always been efficient honest and clear in their dealings and you receive a much more personal service than you would from the online competitors. At the end of a lease, they also do not sting you like some of the other supposedly cheaper companies do so you also know that as long as you look after the vehicle, there is unlikely to be a large unplanned for bill when you hand the car back.
