Unfortunately Clinton is a thef not a business man! He was taking money out of my salary, calculating everything wrong , I was on the same salary in previous company. He never paid me back my holidays he took out of my salary. He devides your salary for 52 week and makes you pay for you own holiday from it .He's verbally abusive towards staff , name calling , bullying. He's a hypocrite with big ego. He doesn't know how to run a store , not integrity, no morals , beyond unprofessional.
Bad customer service
I ordered 8 glasses and they sent the wrong glasses with 2 glasses broken and they haven't refunded me or replaced them for me. The glasses they sent where a cheaper glassa and l haven't heard back from them Customers service needs to improve greatly

something is wrong with the computer system
This is the second time I bought online from the Clinton store (to pickup from Butlershome in Stephen's Green Shopping Centre, Dublin) revier oil, which was out of stock. Previously, the same thing occurred in December 2023. There appears to be a permanent error in the system as it is not updating stock levels. Just because you sell completely unique reviver oil scents around Christmas, I will try to buy them again in December. Otherwise, you would lose a long-time customer (me and my partner, we also bought other goods in Butlershome). The money was returned to my bank account. The next thing that surprised me negatively is the fact that you cannot pay in cash at Butlershome in Stephen's Green shopping center. I don't like this new trend, I like having a choice and deciding for myself. However, the great advantage of the store is its beautiful and unique assortment.

One week from order on line to delivery. I had spotted the screen in Clinton Home while shopping. A few days later I ordered it online. Delighted with the screen as it is very ornate and sturdy. Just one small problem, when I opened the package one of the 'flower stems' was broken off. However a little bit of wood glue soon solved the problem and the screen was as good as new👍

An honest review, stick to in-store shopping
Wanted to leave an honest review here so that others can be aware before purchasing.
We ordered an item for collection ten days ago and were advised it should be available for collection in 24 hours. Following zero communication from Clinton online, both 2 and 3 days later we went to the shop in Stephens Green to check if it was available. We were told that there was no communication between stores and shipping, and no one could update us, nor were there any phone numbers available.
We then got an email after 5 days saying that they would update us shortly - again, days past and nothing, no answer on their phone either.
Just this morning, I emailed them again to see if there was any update - which was followed by an automated refund email an hour later, no reply or apology from them.
To be honest, I have shipped with them a lot in store over the last 2 years, and they usually have nice stock in store, but based on this experience I would strongly advise against shopping with them online, purely because I don't think they actually have anyone managing the online store. For such a small, simple order, it was worryingly poor.
Will continue to shop in store, though the online experience was a mess

Order on 25 June - didn't arrive until 19 July
Ordered candle lighters on 25 June. They were supposed to arrive in 2-3 days but arrived on 19 July after following up twice with customer service. The one good thing is that customer service did reply promptly.

It was said that i should pick up from a Local agent...without the delivery company leaving behind the pick up address. I sent mails...they ALL Bounced back !
