Sent me an email that the order was cancelled as they didn’t have the stock. Still no refund. Have been emailing now for three weeks! Disgrace!

The items I bought (Moscow mule mugs and cocktail shaker) are lovely. And we’re really well packaged for shipment. Website looks good. My low stars is because I called the number and it’s clearly not a live business account yet, I was told it would be shipped asap if I ordered today. But after placing the order all lines were dead. No answered phone/ msg/ chat / email. I had said I was buying local as I was hurried to receive it.
Not a major issue. It arrived. But if you’re actively taking payment on orders. Pls also actively engage with communication.
All sorted. Would shop with them again if not in a hurry!

Efficient service. One of the products I ordered was out of stock and they notified me quickly and gave me a full refund, whilst also offering n alternative.

Product was listed in stock but got an email to say it wasn’t in stock

From my first time in the shop when I had to wait almost 5 mins at the register because there was no staff visible to serve me, this happened twice.
I was sold an empty box and when I brought this to the company's attention I got a very poor responce.

stock no available that is advertised on website , let's u buy stock before letting u know actually takes the payment ..., not good enough !

So many cute things to choose from, don’t even know where to start. Highly recommend starting there if you’re looking for that one new item or refurnishing a new place. It’s big enough to shop comfortably and even when it’s busy, I’ve never felt crowded there. A locally owned small business too if you like to know those kinds of things :)

Quick and easy to deal with, my purchase arrived within a couple of days

I paid 40 euro for 2-3 shipping for items that were noted available, however 8 days later no package or tracking number. unacceptable

It arrived in good time. Also the candles were well packed and in great condition even though the box was bashed. They did have fragile on the box but either the deliverers weren't cautious or the box was pre-used which would be excellent if that was the case.

Beautiful wares within this shop, many of which are very reasonably priced. Excellent quality and the staff were friendly. Happy with all items purchased!
There was an issue with processing a refund, due to three items not being in stock. It was eventually resolved and Ahmet gracefully took on board my feedback, providing me with updates and providing excellent customer service thereafter.
Highly recommend a visit to the store, itself, if possible. Will revisit!

Item was out of stock! Why am I allowed order and pay when you have no stock?!

I made the order more than a week ago and selected pick up in store to collect it as soon as possible. It has not yet arrived. The waiting time to have an item delivered to store is too long.

My item has been waiting to ship for 3 days.

Fantastic customer service. One plate arrived broken from a set ordered. Had a replacement within days. Have returned to Butlerhome because my online shopping was so positive.

I ordered a patio screw on table top and 8 heart shaped dinner plates. Every aspect of the ordering process and delivery was straightforward and I was sent updates on what stage the delivery was at until it reached me. I'm very pleased and I would order this way again for sure.

No update on my online order. I emailed customer service over a week ago and did not receive a response. From previous reviews it appears the online customer service is shocking bad. Wish I had read them prior to ordering. Won't be buying anything from them in the future.

My item did not arrive on time, returned twice to Ireland, promised it would be here for an event that was happening on Sunday - requested money back to be told my item is on its way - again
Avoid !!!!
