As always smooth all the way though the booking of our flight

What a great Team!!! I have used Butter services for quite a few years now and anytime I have a problem especially with flight bookings, I always receive A*** Services from every member of staff I have contacted. My past reviews has been centred on William and Hannah but this review is mainly on Kieran. Kieran has been exceptional in the way he dealt with a complicated issue I had when I tried booking a flight initially through the Butter app and then the main website. I almost gave up with my booking but Kieran with his exceptional skills and excellent customer service, made the impossible possible so I am on my way to another holiday (courtesy of Butter) with my children this summer.
Thank you so much Kieran. I am extremely grateful & so impressed with your brilliant customer service. A huge thanks to the rest of the Butter Team too for all your hard work, great services and making it possible for all the wonderful holidays/countries my children and I have been to and continue to go to. Keep up the good work!!!

Initially had a few issues trying to book as I haven't used them in a while. It cost us more as we couldn't book after trying numerous times. Don't know if this was to try and make more money from our booking.
Kieran was absolutely amazing. An absolute asset to the company. Stayed on line until this was resolved very empathic and very patient.

What a nice and humble person the gentleman that attended to me was nice, I hope to meet such a good man in future when I needed any assistance, Butter service is good keep the Vessel sailing Sky is the limit

Well sorry to say I gave Butter another chance, I was assured I would have a couple of payments added to my account yet even though being well within my 1k limit low and behold for the third time I’ve now been passed to the review team yet again, completely unacceptable. Payed for my purchase by other means and as soon as my balance is cleared this company will see no more of my business!

Butter used to be great. I loved that you could use it only any website and then pay it off in instalments. However, after completing my plan in full and on time they have completely removed my credit limit to 0 with no prior warning. I have contacted their customer support and they blamed me. They said there must have been a change in my circumstances, the only change is that I actually have more disposable income? No help, no resolution offered. Good concept but be wary they just change as and when they see fit with no good explanation!

Butter honestly used to be soo good and I recommend them to friends. Now you wait to get shopping credit, go to purchase, account goes back to being reviewed (for the 10th time) then back to only one purchase at a time. Honestly never known anything like this wver

Excellent customer service especially from my experience with Hannah .Very good listener and she’s able to show sympathy which is very amazing because it helps you feel safe and protected

I experienced repeated issues making a hotel booking.

Throughout this Hannah in customer services has been great - transparent and giving me advice on how best to proceed with my booking. Hannah really went over and above to ensure that I was able to make the hotel booking.

I was eventually able to make the purchase with issues resolved

I would still say that the process is fiddly and not entirely smooth - the great human interaction with Hannah contrasting sharply with an unwieldy app.

I have booked hotels and flights twice via Butter as with work demands I am often booking close to when I want to travel. I also had to cancel a booking due to change of work commitments. The customer service was excellent and swift. Enabling myself to cancel my hotel booking with ease and rebook at a later date.

I have a problem with my bookings due to some technical issues with my chosen airline but Kieran was a problem solver and he takes him no time to resolve the problem. He is a good good customer service representative with a good interpersonal skill. Kieran is a good asset to Butter team and as such should be valued.

Butter.co.uk is simply the best *****. This is my travel agent since few years and they always are very helpful, professional. Hannah thank you for your amazing help to resolve my booking in Portugal. Big Thank you !!!! Piotr

After being a customer for over 3 years, I needed some help with reviewing my credit. I spoke with a very professional guy called Kieran, who went above and beyond to help me with my issue. Which has now been rectified. I cannot recommend Butter enough. Will always use them before any other company. 5 star service. Thank you Kieran

So as you can see from my previous review butter asked me to email them..i did..wat i got back was a load of pointers as to why i can access my credit..no which applied to me! They also say i agreed this pointers?? I dont member seeing anythin..in email or post!. So good customers are still being treated like rubbish..they have had monthly payments off me in the region of £250.00 and still this isnt good enough! Oh and they have access to my bank so can clearly see i can afford this. What on earth happened to loyalty?
