Butter has always been good, but..
Butter has always been good, really helpful. But recently it’s went downhill. You can’t tell your customers who are already complaining about a lack of communication that there’s going to be an update on the 29th then don’t actually do anything. Really makes me worry about the leadership of this business. I’m getting less and less inclined to pay my full bill as the service I’ve paying for isn’t available. Please sort it before you don’t have any customers left.

Fully Recommend Butter
I have been a customer since February 2021 and during that time Butter has continued to show innovation and improve their app and ways to use Butter, allowing you now spend anywhere using a one time virtual card.
Of course, I have had some issues with Butter in the past caused either by user error or merchants and the team at Butter are always a delight to chat to. Issues are resolved super quick. Both Hannah & William are always super helpful and I feel like Butter gives a personal customer service experience which makes shopping with Butter all the better.
Most importantly, they listen to user feedback.
I would recommend Butter to anyone, Its fair to say we are in a new age of BNPL services and nothing else compares to Butter.

Used butter to book flights, was an easy straightforward process, only thing I would like to see is more choice of times of flights and the ability to book one way flights not just return, allowing to mix an match requirements.
Overall a great customer experience though.

Great Customer Service
I have been using Butter from its early days to book flights and hotels, There has been a few issues here and there but William and Hannah have been very quick and helpful in resolving these and any questions that I have had.

Come on guys !!.. really is this how you do business ??. No communication from yourselves ..No time Scale ??? As to your site being down and returning ??
Like previous comments, I too , have enjoyed using your company .
However, for your system to be down this length of time with no prior notifications .
And no time scale as to when things are resuming?.
Sadly gives the impression of a novice set up for a company.
I understand how busy you are , and obviously technical problems do clearly occur,.
And I’m guessing you probably have a huge database? That you cannot possibly email everyone.
But again, as your app stands at the moment. IT LETS YOU GET TO THE PAYMENT SECTION AND THEN .THE NOTIFICATION..
instead of being on Your FRONT PAGE OF THE APP . Suggesting that . Browsing Only is allowed etc etc .
I wonder , Is there just one person in their front room trying to get the system back up ?

This company is fantastic and has been from the start, through the pandemic and ongoing. Totally understand that you are undergoing maintenance and possible upgrade on the virtual cards. When you highly rely on something and it stops working its obviously frustrating but patience is a virtue and I'm wishing butter all the best for when the cards are up and running. Thanks for the telephone communication about the maintenance and regular feedback on trustpilot. Look forward to when all is up and running.

Brilliant company
Brilliant company, highly recommended and amazing longer pay back timing, currently the app and butter it self are currently down due to upgrade of maintenance, I understand people complaining of not being told or time scale, but be thankful they offering amazing features and im sure it be improving much better then before
