Easy to order. Had seen these water bottle holders being used on a guinea pig page. They raved about them. Not disappointed. No leaky water bottles.

I ordered two bottle holders for my son’s Guinea pigs.. one 320 ml and one 600ml. The holders arrived but unfortunately two 320ml had been dispatched. I emailed Buttercup and quickly received a reply assuring me the matter would be resolved ASAP. True to their word another bottle .. the correct size ..was dispatched. Not only are their products excellent but I experienced excellent customer service too. Yes an error had been made but was quickly put right. Thank you Jordan for your efficient customer service. My son and the piggies are very happy.

I changed to a different kind of bottle from these as I didn't like the wire fixing. The others had to be unscrewed every day to fill and refitted again, which was a pain.
This is a brilliantly thought out solution for hanging the bottles. Once fixed it stays put and the bottle comes out for refilling. I have two light purple holders with two purple bottles. Genius. Thanks, would recommend to everyone.

The leaking seems to have stopped. I like the bottles too. Just need the bigger sizes to be restocked. Very happy from the US.

Delivery time was way lateer than expected. Which is a shame as the rest of the experience was five star.

Fantasicly simple but effective thought of everything to make the product sturdy and perfect. Fab service too.

Had seen these mentioned on a guinea pig rescue site. Having battled with metal bits of wire, which squeeze water out for a number of years thought what a great idea.
Yes it initially seems a bit expensive but it's so much quicker and leaking is definitely improved. Wish had done it years ago

The bottle holder is brilliant. It was easy to assemble and makes the water bottle more secure than the holder I had.

I ordered the bottle holders. Ordered wrong size so had to return. I then reordered correct size. I had a query which was dealt with quickly and resolved via customer services.
They’re great holders. The bottles still drip but it’s so much easier to take out and replace. Would recommend them.

It is the first time I have used this Company and it was recommended by Sophie Mason from Masons Cavies.
I was a little confused on how to attace the water bottle to my cages as it didn't come with instructions. I watched a clip from Sophie on how to attach it. I'm now very pleased and the children find it so much easier to changed their hampster water.
Delivery was quick with no damage.
I have now ordered another bigger one for my guinea pig.
Will used again when needed.

A bit fiddley to put together as you had to hold the other end of the screw to stop it turning. I have small hands so managed to do this but my husband wouldn't have been able to fit his hands inside the bottle holder.

About time. After having hamsters and guinea pigs over the last decade I cannot believe that I hadn't thought of this myself. We have 5 guinea pigs so I purchased 3 of the large lilac holders. What a game changer. It makes changing the water soooo much easier, there's no more fighting with those blasted wires! (I took great satisfaction in throwing them away). Our piggies find it easier to drink from, they're easy to install and adjust if necessary, and the water doesn't leak everywhere, just the odd drip now inside the cage on a lining blanket. If you're thinking about getting one of these holders - don't - just buy them. Bloomin' brilliant.
